House "Old Abbey" is a new villa with pool, private garden completely fenced and a beautiful view over the green hills of the Val di Cornia. It is located in the countryside among olive groves only 1. 600 m. from the village of Monteverdi Marittimo, in a quiet but not isolated.
The sea with sandy beaches is 22 km.

The accommodation
The house of 100 square meters. it is built in Tuscan style with exposed beams. The garden with olive and cypress trees is 800 square meters, completely fenced. It consists of a kitchen, two double king size bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, three bathrooms with shower and a living area with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and an Italian-style coffee-maker.
The interiors are furnished with antiques.
Outside there are two panoramic verandas equipped with garden furniture and a laundry room with washing machine.
The rectangular swimming pool above ground 5x3 is for exclusive use.

The country
Monteverdi Marittimo is a quaint little Tuscan village of medieval origins. In the village you can find grocery stores with local products,
