As its point of reference there is the ancient Tower of "Galatrona" that you can visit and once you arrive in a breathtaking view that sees 360 degrees the wonderful Tuscan hills with its most important places.
The foundation of the tower dates back to the Etruscan and Roman populations.
'Galatrona' is also the name of one of the best wines that can be found in the Petrolo Estate with 'Tower' (big tower) and Boggina! This charming estate is, in fact, famous worldwide for its delicious nectar of the gods that can not be missed!
This Tuscan country house, is completely isolated and is located on a hill that offers absolute peace and tranquility with spectacular views of the surrounding hills and villages.

There is a large kitchen (with air conditioning and everything you need to prepare delicious Tuscan meals) with its adjacent hilltop where you can relax and enjoy an excellent Tuscan wine of the sight on the fascinating hills ...
On request you can taste the real Tuscan food by organizing a lunch or dinner!
On arrival, guests will find a taste of local wine !!

You get to Villa Rita following an arrow at the beginning of the dirt road that read CASANOVA along a dirt road there is a private entrance and is only the second yellow house with ample parking in front.

Florence, Arezzo, Greve in Chianti, Siena are at 30/45 minutes 1 km and 1.5 km there are the small villages of Bucine and Mercatale with all that you can serve .... COOP supermarket, pharmacy, small shops and restaurants.
You can go to Florence by train
Train station 10 minutes - in Montevarchi.
Nearby you can visit charming old villages and a few minutes there is a wide variety of restaurants that offer the things most typical of Tuscan cuisine!
Nearby is the famous "Rendola Riding" that offers wonderful horseback riding and for those who love cycling there is the possibility to rent.

For those who are fond of golf, about 45 minutes there is the beautiful Golf of "Bagniaia" among the most beautiful in all of Tuscany.
For those who love the Spa ... to 30 minutes there are the ancient and modern "baths of Rapolano" to spend a day immersed in their wonderful warm waters .....

IMPORTANT
FOR THESE WEEKS 2 WEEK CLEANING / LAUNDRY / ELECTRICITY COSTS have a cost of more than Euro 90 (Saturday linen change, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) that will be payable upon arrival.

WINTER
In winter, heating costs are NOT included.
It will be calculated with a counter and before the start payment will have to be made. The security deposit in the winter and € 500.
It is estimated around € 40 per day (for 10 hours of heating for both floors of the house) If you turn on just the upstairs (the expense is to be calculated to approximately € 20 per day for 10 hours of heating).
The wood for the fireplace is included.

The rent of the house runs from Saturday to Saturday on a weekly basis.
IN PERIODS OF LOW SEASON .. ON REQUEST THE HOUSE WILL THEN BE RENTED FOR PERIOD EVEN MORE 'SHORT and there will be even more flexibility on dates!

The owner lives in a farmhouse not far from the property and will always be at the disposal of the guests for any problems or information they may need without invading their privacy.
