A superb luxury apartment fitted to the highest standard throughout and beautifully furnished, in a spectacular location with views of the 17th green, fairway and lakes of the much acclaimed Boavista Golf Resort.

This raised ground floor property offers everything you need for a great holiday, be it indulging in endless golf on the full range of quality courses in the Algarve, taking advantage of the fabulous beaches for which the area is renowned or relaxing in the spa in the new golf club leisure complex. The apartment has two double bedrooms, master with en suite shower room and access to the balcony, second bathroom, lounge/dining room with balcony and a garden access and a fully equipped superbly fitted kitchen/dining area. This is one of the sunniest appartments on Boavista being south facing with side windows un overlooked. Everything you need is here for a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday. Sky TV is installed, and there is a beautiful garden overlooking the first green, a large garage and parking area. The apartment is also fully air conditioned and has electric shutters for temperature control and security. Outside there are sun loungers and garden furniture for you to take full advantage of the balcony and luxuriant landscaped gardens with their lovely golf course views. Would suit very discerning couple.

Good for golf. Pretty near shops Lidl and Intermache supermarkets. Pool about 500 yrds. Spaciousness 2 bedrooms well stocked kitchen appliances and cutlery. Good bathrooms and shower facilities. Overall v good.

Le logement correspond à la description, manque deux ou trois choses, tel que, machine à café, barbecue. Dommage que l’accès au jardin se fasse uniquement par une des chambres !! Sehr angenehmer Familien-Urlaub

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern (16 und 13 Jahre)) haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht! Die Wohnung ist einem Golf Resort angegliedert. Die Einrichtungen des Resorts (Restaurant, Spielplatz etc.) können mitbenutzt werden. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist über einen kurzen Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Poolanlage ist großzügig ausgelegt mit zahlreichen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gut gelegen (unmittelbar an einer Straße, die dirkt nach Lagos führt). Lagos ist deshalb mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen (keine 5 Minuten). Der eigene Parkplatz lag direkt an der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Garten, in dem es die meiste Zeit des Tages Sonne gibt. Auf Sonnenliegen kann man dort herrlich liegen und zu viert am Tisch etwas essen. Das dortige morgendliche Frühstück war ein toller Start in den Tag. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet: 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, geräumiges Wohnzimmer und geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, geräumiger Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und und und... Das kostenfreie Wifi hat vor allem den Kids gut gefallen :-) Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Michele war total unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Why they chose this property

It is a stunning location and the quality of the apartment & furnishings are superb. This is one of the few apartments that gets sunshine all day having windows in the side of the building and a south facing aspect. It is bright & airy all day long. You have fantastic views of the lakes of the 17th fairway at the front and a garden that backs onto the first tee of Boavista golf course at the back. The club house on sight is luxurious, serves fantastic meals and has an amazing indoor pool and spa facility. You get 10% off everything with guest cards & 30% of golf fees.
