Despite never meeting Steffen he was very prompt and responsive throughout the process, before and during our stay. The self check-in worked fine and the couple of minor issues dealt with efficiently.The grounds, Villa and pool were as described and beautiful. The back road to the property is very rough and you do need to pay attention to the directions provided. All in all, a very satisfactory and enjoyable stay.

Great Property a little bit ouside of ostuni. Smaller rooms but all with great modern air conditioning. The best is the outside area with different seating possibilities and a nice pool. Theres always enough shade possible. Its quiet mostly and you hear only neighboors from far away. The beds were also good and comfortable to sleep on. The only thing that was not easy at first was finding the right entry to the property, but with the good instructions given by the host it was all good. And also maybe dont come with a sports car because the road towards the property is not in a maintained shape and very rocky.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit super Pool und sehr netter Kommunikation

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni 2025 in der sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr auf unsere Wünsche ausgerichtet. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr flexibel und trotz unserer Verspätung unproblematisch. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen, langen Pool in der großzügigen Gartenanlage in der ruhigen Gegend, und die überdachte Terasse, die auch bei heißen Temperaturen gut schützt. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht, im Außenbereich steht ein Grill zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely spacious villa

We were looking to visit Puglia and a friend recommended Ostuni. We found the Villa which, for 4 of us, two couples, looked very spacious. It is situated along and at the end a dirt track-it’s very rural. There were lots of seating areas around the Villa and pool if we wanted a quiet time. The pool was cleaned 3 times during our week’s stay. Our host, Steffen, was friendly and efficient. He was very helpful when we asked about closest supermarkets, restaurants etc. ahead of our stay. We would recommend Steffen and the Villa. Great holiday.

Beautiful Villa

My family and I had an amazing stay at this villa. Overall, would definitely recommend this spot! It’s a short 10 min drive into Ostuni. We loved relaxing at the villa whether it was in the morning, evening or a full day. AC in almost all the rooms was convenient but at this time of year the windows open were effective. The doors and windows with screens are great! The outdoor shower and cooking was incredible. Steffen provided shower towels, hand towels and beach towel. Plenty of hangers and shelving to put clothes. There were some minor amenities we were expecting because there were the services available (related to cooking eg. Oil, salt, sugar, garbage bags, aluminum foil and laundry soap) but when we communicated to Steffen he sent a care package the next day. Unfortunately we had already bought our supplies. He won’t replace toilet paper, but explained politely his reason for this. Other locations I’ve stayed at, had no issues with replacing supplies such as these. Steffen was responsive and offered an early and late check in. He gave directions to ensure we made it to the location as Google is inaccurate - listen to these instructions. Definitely recommend staying in this villa.

Superbe propriété avec piscine

Nous sommes venus passer un séjour de 1 semaine dans cette superbe villa. Située près du centre de Ostuni et des commodités, vous profitez du calme de la campagne, de la piscine et du terrain offrant intimité et arbres fruitiers. Stefen est hyper réactif et à l'écoute de vos besoins, je recommande fortement.

Schöne Landvilla bei Ostuni

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und es wurde immer sichergestellt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wir können sowohl die Immobilie als auch den Vermieter sehr empfehlen.
