Located on the beachside of Hwy 30-A only 7/10 of a mile from the heart of Seaside. This newly constructed Home offers a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico with the Beach access only 12 steps from your private heated pool.

This luxurious Beach House offers all of the conveniences of Home and is only steps from the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Designed and built with entertaining in mind, this three story, 3,750 sq. ft. home has a total of 4 bedrooms plus a bunk room for the kids, and 5 full and 2 half baths. There are 2 spacious Master Suites; each with shower, jacuzzi tub and spectacular views. A private elevator services all floors for groceries, luggage and guests with special needs. Added luxuries include wifi, wall safes in both Master suites, central vacuum and garage. This is an excellent setting for a small company function or a gathering of family and friends.

The top floor has exquisite views from the state-of-the-art kitchen with vaulted ceiling. Marble countertop, Sub Zero Refrigerator, Ice machine,stainless appliances and a 4 x 8 ft teak island with gas cooktop make cooking a breeze. Wide plank hardwood floors in the kitchen are carried throughout the living room where you can relax by the gas fireplace with flat screen TV above the mantle and surround sound throughout. Large covered decks overlook the gulf and pool. The Master Suite has a King bed, double vanity, walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub and steam shower with windows looking through the bedroom to the Gulf. A private walkout balcony opens above the pool for breathtaking views.

The 2nd floor also has wide plank hardwoods throughout. A 2nd Master Suite mirrors the 3rd floor with King bed, jacuzzi tub, shower and walk-out balcony. The additional 2 Guest rooms each have King beds with private baths and walk-in closet. A large laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink is located between the rooms for optimum convenience.

The kids will love the ground floor! Built-in bunk beds with plenty of storage space, closet and full bath can accommodate 5 children. A living area with T.V., DVD and stereo just steps from the pool makes this area ideal for entertaining the kids. Outside you can relax by the private, heated pool and hot tub with a large covered patio. An added convenience is an outdoor shower with changing room and pool bath. An outdoor grill area with under counter refrigerator and gas grill will make entertaining easy and fun.

Absolutely fabulous week!

Extremely spacious and comfortable property. Immaculately clean on arrival and well provisioned. Grandkids loved the bunks downstairs and, of course, the pool. The sugar white beach was just steps away; an easy walk even for those with knee challenges. We have vacationed on 30A for years, most often at Seaside, but My Wifes a Beach is hands down the best of them all. Everything we wanted or needed was close by and convenient. Cowgirl’s was closer than the beach and we visited there often; call ahead for carry out, your food will still be hot when you get back. Thanks to Chip for the very helpful guide to all the features of the house and the many nearby restaurants and points of interest. We are looking forward to a return next year.

Beautiful, we’ll equiped home with a gorgeous view.

Loved the location- easy walk or bike ride to so many great places. Chip, the owner was very accommodating and very easy to work with. The house was in great condition and well equiped with everything. We loved our view from the top balcony. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the steps to the beach. The beach access is right across the street but there are a lot of steps. We looked at it as good exercise but it was tough for some folks in our family.

The owner of this property goes above and beyond to ensure you have the very best experience. The property is immaculate. The 2 master suites are ideal for large combined families. We had fluffy white robes waiting for us! The gorgeous steam shower was a hit. All the sheets and towels are top quality. Well appointed and spotless clean upon our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The owner was available for our every need or question. We wanted for nothing. We loved the surround area and the beach was a 2 minute walk door to sand. We had a wonderful beach bonfire night that will be one of my life long happiest memories. A short one mile walk to seaside was easy. Cowgirl kitchen was our breakfast go to spot being less than 5 minutes from our door. The supermarket was a 5 minute drive with a wine/spirits store in the same shopping center. All of this info was provided by the owner which made our stay so very enjoyable. Thank you to the Slagle's for making us feel like family.

Spectacular Seagrove Home!

I can not speak highly enough about this house! Our family loves it so much, we have stayed here several summers in a row. It features two large master suites with every amenity you can imagine, including a steam shower. All other bedrooms have private baths. The entire house is professionally decorate. The kids love the bottom floor bunk room with the four beds suspended from the walls! It is perfect for multiple families or spread out with one large extended family. It is even equipped with an elevator, making the 3 levels easy for all ages and abilities. This house is truly equipped with everything you would ever need! Amazing views, with the primary living space, kitchen and one master bedroom on the 3rd floor! It is just steps from one of the most beautiful white sand beaches I have ever seen. If you are more of a pool person, your hot tub/pool oasis awaits you here, complete with heaters and lighting. You will never want to leave! Book My Wife's a Beach and enjoy!

My folks grew up in the are and I've spent Summers in Grayton, this was our first stay in Seagrove. Really enjoyed the easy access to Seagrove and Seaside, not to mention the easy access to the beach. House is awesome, lots of room, great views. Couldn't recommend any higher . . .

Great location and lovely home

My wife, father in law, and 7 of our family stayed at My Wife's A Beach. The place was as advertised. We all love the third family family, kitchen and dining area. High end appliances and all of the necessary cookware, dishes, etc for a family of 9 would need. The fan in the family area was absolutely wonderful. All of the ladies really enjoyed the double oven, and a great Sub-Zero freezer. A master bedroom was also on this floor and had its own private balcony and plenty of closet space, whirlpool tub, and a large shower for two. The closet was very large and included a safe for valuables. My wife really loved the bedspread and all of the books in the family room bookcase. The second floor was all bedrooms and the grown children really enjoyed the convenience of the washer dryer on the second floor. The basement floor included a game room area, including a television, and 4 large bunkbeds for adults and or children. My father in law stayed on this floor with his own private bath and said he sleep like a baby. The convenience of the elevators for groceries, luggage was more than convenient. My father in law, who is 85, really enjoyed the use of the elevator. The pool area included a hot tub, small outside dining area and a Gas BBQ grill. We used BBQ to cook steaks on one of the nights during our stay. A really great location. As noted on Internet, only 12 steps from the beach access and less than a mile from the village of Seaside. A 5 star stay.

Beautiful vacation home!

My family stayed here with another family over our Spring Break. It was perfect in every way! There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. It is really a beautiful home. The owners thought of everything when building it. There are great views and so much light. The decor is beautiful and the kitchen and common areas were very well planned and included everything we needed. We felt very much at home. The pool and hot tub were so much fun for the kids and the parents. And, the short walk down the path to the beach was very quick and easy. We rented bikes and rode to nearby restaurants and shops which was very fun and easy. I would highly recommend staying at My Wife's a Beach! Thank you.

A home away from home

Simply gorgeous! The pictures and other reviews do not do this house justice. Everything from decor, to linens, to appliances is impeccable. It is clear, this house is a home. My family and I loved everything about this home from it's proximity to restaurants, to the beach, to the fact that it was not touristy or in the middle of the the thick of vacationers. It was a true get-a-way without sacrificing creature comforts of home, i.e. my favorite wine glasses! We hope to return soon! Thank you!

Perfection

Our extended family stayed here for a week and I can't say enough great things about this house! We had 4 families, 8 adults and 3 kids. The four master bedrooms and bunk room made this perfect for our group. The location is fantastic, just a short bike ride or walk into Seaside; but there are also many great places you can walk and bike to in Seagrove as well. The beach access was great; it was wonderful having this so close so people could come and go to the beach as they wished. The house is well furnished with everything you could think of. The decks and pool were a wonderful place to relax after a day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again if our travels bring us back to Seaside!

WOW!!!! Our stay was fabulous!

WOW is almost an understatement. The house is fabulous from the front door to the beachfront. Every ammentiy possible and the decor is beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice...it's more than depicted. Our family included four generations and included 13 people. There was room for all from the three year old to the Great-grandmother (that's me...age withheld!!!) Plenty of gathering space and private space. The surrounding area has many great dining (Bud & Ally's, Red Barn, George's, Nick's), shopping(Seaside shops, Grayton Beach, Outlet Mall) and entertainment choices. We celebrated several family events while there and appreciated the owner's helpful hints about the house and the area. We would love to go back to "My Wife's a Beach" and highly recomment it to anyone interested in a fantastic beach vacation.

Dream home!

We had three families stay here together. While the photographs of the home are beautiful, actually being there is better than we imagined. The home is beautifully decorated and appointed with wonderful and fun artwork and family photos. The owner was very helpful and walked us thru all the care and keeping of this home as well as recommendations for restaurants and bike rentals. It would be hard to find a home more well kept and of this caliber to rent. Thanks for a great week, where lifelong friends were reunited to make memories for their kids that will be treasured for a lifetime.

Best house we have found in 15 years!

The house was exactly as described and the owner helpful and attentive. This is a rare house with 4 master bedrooms, pool, hot tub and best possible location. Just out of seaside and steps from the beach. House has a fully stocked kitchen and every amenity possible. We would definitely stay here again.
