Our house is in Gordes, the most beautiful village in France, in the middle of the Luberon National Natural Park.

Classified 5 stars, seasonal furnished rental.

You will appreciate our accommodation for its recent, luxurious renovation, mixing the classicism of the Luberon, modernity, technology. High-end bedding, linen and services.
Car park.
The living and sleeping areas are separate. A television, with Home Cinema (multimedia, Airplay, Bluetooth, internet radios, etc ...).
There are 2 terraces. The swimming pool is approximately 10 x 4 m.

The swimming pool is secured by a roller shutter.

Night side:
LAVENDER room: 2 90x190 beds that can be joined.
COQUELICOT bedroom: 1 140x190 bed,
1 common bathroom.
GORDES room: 1 bed 160x200, private bathroom.

Two weeks in Provence

Well equipped house in the heart of the Luberon, which suited us very well with friends and family coming and going. Eric’s recommendations of what to see and where to go in the region were excellent. The pool was great and we loved the outdoor dining area and barbecue. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great access to nearby walking tracks - albeit hot and hilly.

Great week near Gordes

Eric was a great host. Very thorough instructions. Enjoyed the outside space immensely. Unfortunately the washing machine didn’t work, but know he is getting it resolved.

Review of Le Lapin Rouge

We enjoyed our stay at Le Lapin Rouge, which is a beautiful stone property in the traditional Provence style. The owner Eric was very welcoming and offered us some gifts of wine, jam and olive oil (plus lots of useful recommendations on where to visit locally). The house has a nice terrace with a comfortable seating and dining area which is level with the garden in a quiet area not far from Gordes. The house had plenty of space for our extended family of six. To improve the experience further we’d recommend replacing some of the kitchen utensils, and some of the equipment and appliances (such as the fridge) which are past their best.

Magnifique maison provençale très bien équipée et bien placée. La vue depuis la terrasse sous la pergola sur le jardin paysagé et sa piscine nous font vraiment apprécier les moments passés là-bas. Pour les amoureux de la randonnée ou du trail, de nombreux parcours démarrent à toute proximité de la maison. Je recommande.

Pretty house in quiet location - excellent stay

This is a pleasant and modern house with great garden for children and heated swimming pool. Easy and short drive to Gordes and Joucas: Gordes is 2-3 mins drive time. Communication and help for check in and leaving was excellent.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans cette maison très agréable. Tout était parfait! La maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Elle est spacieuse et lumineuse. Nous avons pu également profiter du grand jardin et de la belle piscine. Les environs sont très calmes. Il est possible de se rendre Gordes à pied en environ 45 minutes par des sentiers très charmants. Merci également à Valérie pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Cette maison de plain-pied est parfaite par son orientation. Sur la terrasse soleil le matin pour le petit-déjeuner et le reste de la journée à l'ombre pour des repas abrités ! Piscine à une température idéale. Extérieurs très bien entretenus. Merci aux personnes qui s'occupent de cette maison pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Fantastic home in fantastic location

We (family of 4) spend 2 weeks at the Lapin Rouge and we had a fantastic time. The house is very well designed, with great attention to details: the bedrooms are very comfortable with AC and high end beds as well as high end linens. The kitchen has all you need (pantry has a washer and dryer), and there is a large table outside where we ate everyday. The kids enjoyed the well maintained pool everyday. The property is very private and quiet (and 5 min away from Gordes). Eric, the owner was was very responsive and attentive and gave us great advice and recommendations. Claude and Christelle were of great help when needed and very responsible.

Un weekend relaxant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 5 nuits au Lapin Rouge. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, nous avons pu nous baigner et profiter de la terrasse durant notre séjour. C'est idéal pour se relaxer. Merci à Claude pour son accueil aussi bien lors de notre arrivée que de notre départ. Nous recommandons vivement le Lapin Rouge.

A week of heat in Gordes

We were very impressed with the house, having four double bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms meant everyone could enjoy themselves. The outdoor living area is also very good, along with the big family table and BBQ. The petanque court also saw use along with the hammock. You are close to a number of 'classic' villages and there are plenty of good restaurants close by car (the D2 isn't really designed for walking along e.g. no footpaths). It was a shame that the pool was so cold, given that it was 35deg some days but given that it had been windy the week before understandable (maybe a few hours of heat pump could have helped this though). We had an enjoyable time with the family.

Une maison bien localisee et bien pensee

Eric est un proprietaire tres accomodant et responsif en cas de probleme. La maison est situee a quelques kilometres seulement de Gordes, sur la route de Roussillon. Recente, mais avec du charme, elle est tres bien pensee (clim, cuisine, eclairages exterieurs) et dispose de tout le confort attendu. Pour les accros de la tele, il y a un home cinema et un disque dur multimedia (pas utilise). La piscine est aussi securisee avec un volet roulant, ce qui est un plus non negligeable pour ceux avec des enfants en bas age. Le seul bemol est la qualite de la connection wifi (qui 'saute' quand il y a du vent) et du reseau GSM (orange passe mal). Donc pas ideal pour les accros aux numeriques ou ceux travaillant a distance.

Je vois que vous avez passé un bon séjour au Lapin Rouge à Gordes. Vos remarques recoupent les appréciations des autres locataires qui sont venus auparavant. Pour ce qui est des communications internet et de téléphonie mobile, ce n'est pas de mon ressort. Ce n'est pas d'avoir essayer d'en faire les remarques aux responsables. Par contre la téléphonie mobile Bouygues passe très bien en 4G dans toute la région. En espérant vous revoir prochainement.
