Thank you for your review although I cannot understand your two complaints. The swimming pool is cleaned every day but, being an outside pool, there will always be some small debris on the surface of the pool and some of that may settle on the bottom of the pool during the day, that is why there is a net set aside for anyone to use as we cannot be by the pool 24 hours a day to keep the surface free from dust and small debris that may fall out of the trees. As to the size of the refrigerators we have never had any complaints about them before. They are family sized refrigerators and absolutely adequate for the number of guests in each of our gites. Our larger gite has a full size refrigerator and separate full size freezer while the smaller gite has a smaller fridge/freezer. As you were only here for two days I would have thought that two fridges and freezers between you would have been sufficient!!

Thank you for leaving us a review but I would like to come back on a couple of your comments. Regarding the dishwasher....it actually broke down on a Sunday so was impossible to replace that day as all shops here are shut on Sundays. We did go out immediately on the Monday and replaced the dishwasher with a brand new one. Martin actually invited you to place all of your washing up in our own house so that we could do it for you and return it so that you did not suffer any inconvenience, perhaps that got lost in translation as you thought he meant it to be left in the gite! I take exception to your comments about the bedding as it is always freshly laundered and checked before it is placed on the beds and I have never made a bed up with sub-standard bedding. We do actually have several adverts with the HomeAway Site showing our prices in Pounds Sterling and Euros so that the fees can be paid in either currency. You obviously chose the advert showing the fees in Pounds Sterling but you could have opted for the advert showing Euros, then there would not have been any need for conversion. En ce qui concerne le lave-vaisselle ... il est tombé en panne un dimanche, il était donc impossible de le remplacer ce jour-là car tous les magasins sont fermés le dimanche. Nous sommes sortis immédiatement le lundi et avons remplacé le lave-vaisselle par un tout nouveau. En fait, Martin vous a invité à placer toute votre vaisselle chez nous pour que nous puissions le faire pour vous et la renvoyer afin que vous ne subissiez aucun inconvénient, peut-être que cela s'est perdu dans la traduction, car vous pensiez qu'il voulait le conserver. dans le gite! Je suis en désaccord avec vos commentaires sur la literie car elle est toujours fraîchement lavée et vérifiée avant qu’elle ne soit posée sur les lits et je n’ai jamais fait de lit avec une literie de qualité inférieure. Nous avons effectivement plusieurs annonces sur le site HomeAway qui affichent nos prix en livres sterling et en euros afin que les frais puissent être payés dans les deux devises. Vous avez évidemment choisi l’annonce indiquant les frais en livres sterling, mais vous auriez pu opter pour l’annonce affichant les euros. Il n’y aurait alors eu aucun besoin de conversion."
