We have two fully renovated cottages set in the beautiful Breton countryside with a games barn, 5mtr x 10mtr heated outdoor swimming pool and a pottery/craft studio where you can make a totally unique piece of pottery or craft to take home with you. Nearby bars and restaurants, beaches within easy reach. Free Wifi. English & French Satellite TV (with English Skye freeview channels). Laundry Facilities. All costs are included in the price quoted except for electricity. We have inline meters in each cottage which are read upon your arrival and on the day of your departure. Units are charged at exactly the same price as we pay our Electricity Company, no profit is made on the charge whatsoever. Payment will be required on the day of departure.

LAUREL COTTAGE is a three bedroom property, all of the bedrooms are carpeted and have plenty of hanging and drawer space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 is a large room which has 2 double beds and plenty of extra space for another single bed and/or cot if needed. There is a family bathroom with thermostatically controlled walk in shower, toilet and wash basin on the first floor and an ensuite wash room with toilet and wash basin in Bedroom 3.
All beds will be made up ready for your arrival and we provide a bath towel for each guest. The towels are for interior use only so you do have to provide your own pool/beach towels.
Downstairs is an open plan living area that has a comfortable seating area with two sofas, coffee table and satellite television (showing English Freesat freeview channels). The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. The kitchen area is fully fitted and equipped and has a gas hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, electric toaster, electric kettle and a filter coffee maker.
There are radiators on the ground floor, landing, bathroom and two bedrooms on First Floor all controlled by a central thermostat in main house. Second Floor bedroom has an electric heater.
There is also an outside seating area with patio table, chairs and a barbecue.

FUCHSIA COTTAGE has two comfortable, carpeted bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both rooms have plenty of hanging and drawer space.
All of the beds will be made up ready for your arrival and a bath towel is provided for each guest. The towels are for interior use only so you will need to provide your own pool/beach towels.
Downstairs is an open plan living area with a comfortable sitting area that has a sofa and two armchairs, satellite television (showing English Skye freeview channels) and a DVD Player. An air source heat pump provides the heating and air conditioning. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen area is fully fitted and equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric toaster, electric kettle and a filter coffee maker.
The family bathroom is downstairs in this property and consists of a thermostatically controlled walk in shower, toilet and a vanity unit housing the wash basin.
There is a private sitting area to the front of the cottage which has a patio table, chairs and a barbecue.

We do have our own animals including a few dogs and several cats and our guests are also welcome to bring their pets so long as they are well behaved and kept under control at all times. There is an additional charge of £50.00 (55 Euros) per pet for the duration of your stay.

Between the months of September to May any heating used is an additional charge. hAs well as the air source heat pump there is an electric heater in each of the bedrooms of Fuchsia cottage. In Laurel Cottage there is oil fired central heating radiators in the two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor of this cottage, in the second floor bedroom and on the ground floor there are more liquid fuel heaters. There is also a log burner on the ground floor, logs can be purchased for 10 Euros per basket. The fuel for the liquid fuel fires can be purchased in our local supermarket or from the owners.
