This apartment is the middle one overlooking the pool.
It has a lovely outdoor covered terrace with chairs and table.. Ideal for relaxing and looking out to sea. Or for enjoying your meals in private with a fabulous view.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a doubler bed . Two with 2 twin beds and a separate room with a sofa bed for occasional use. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it, toilet and sink.
The other bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
The kitchen is American style with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and all the crockery and cutlery necessary for your stay. Iron and ironing board provided.
Living room has a 5 seater sofa and TV with UK basic channels Relax in the living room and look out to sea.
Ideal for a family.

Great views, great value!

Kim's place is even better than advertised! Lots of great views from the outdoor covered eating area. The apartment is large and well equipped. It is on the middle floor with an aprtment above and an apartment below. The three apartmetns share the pool but each has private areas for eating and lounging. You will need a car. Moraira, about 4km away, is an easy drive and a beautiful beach town. Calp, about 8km away, is a bigger beach town. Lots of grocery options within a short drive. Lots of nice walking options along the coastal walkways. Parking for multiple cars. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

My name is Kim Harris and I have 4 daughters. We have been living in Spain for the past 16 years and absolutely love it. The villa is our own family home with stunning sea views which I and my family take care of , we do the cleaning, meet and greets, guest information and try and keep our guests up to date with all the restaurants, fiestas, local activities. We are in a quiet area but only a 6 minute drive from the pretty fishing village of Moraira, Calpe a little further and Javea too. Lots of Golf courses within a short drive. We love it here and are sure you will too.

Why they chose this property

My father purchased it nearly 45 years ago so we spent a lot of time here as children.

What makes this property unique

Each of the 6 apartments is self contained with kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace. They all have sea views and look over the pool area. There are 2 shared outdoor kitchens, BBQ, ample tables and chairs for everyone to dine by the pool or on your own terrace. 2 swimming pools.
