Wonderful stay albeit too short

Amazing location. House itself needs some upgrades - most importantly AC should be installed in the family room. Owner extremely helpful and courteous.

Family vacation

This is our second year staying at this villa. Christa and her father are wonderful to deal with. They meet you at the top of the driveway and bring your luggage to the villa. If you have any walking or health issues this driveway is very steep. But once you get to the Villa the views are so worth it. It’s very spacious inside. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough room to spread out. Outside there is many places to sit and just look over the water and Capri. If we ever go back we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Magnificent!

This villa is just magical! Multi levels of beautiful lush gardens, walkway to the sea and to the village. Pool, outdoor showers, AC in all the bedrooms, comfortable, huge common areas with ocean breezes. Chiara is an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed and even helped with arranging a private boat to Capri for us. We can not say enough about her kindness, thoughtfulness, and hospitality. There are tons of stairs, as this villa is hillside, but worth every single step. Incredible sunset views, warm and welcoming village down the walk by the beautiful, crystal clear sea (with swimming areas), we were just blown away! Thank you so much Chaira for our most favorite stay on our trip to Italy! Much love to you and your family!

Italy 2023

This house is wonderfully situated near the marina which has a restaurant that was very handy. The view is spectacular. After being out and about the pool was really refreshing. The house only has air conditioning in the bedrooms, the rest of the house was very uncomfortable with the heat and there wasn’t any fans. When checking in we had to walk to the house with all of our luggage after a long drive and temps in the 40’s. Luckily it was downhill but then at the end of feeling like a Sherpa you go into a stifling hot house. In less hot weather this would be a nice place to stay but I wouldn’t stay there again when it’s really hot.

I always help my guests carrying their bags down the road ( I have a small car). These guests told me their expected arrival time was at 6 p.m. and then they wrote me at 2 p.m. they were arriving in 15 minutes I couldn't come with such short notice and ask a friend of mine to welcome them but she has no car. To apologize for the inconvenience, I sent them all kind of groceries. I help them with bags when they left, as I always do. I'm sorry this "Sherpa experience" spoiled their stay.

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. Tout est parfait et unique : la vue depuis la piscine et les balcons, l’accès à pied à la mer et à la marina. La possibilité de faire des excursions en bateau depuis le port. La vie sur le port avec ses commerces et le restaurant Angelo’s bar est très agréable. La maison est bien équipée et très agréable.

A beautiful location and a lovely villa

All the way through the process from the initial booking, prior to our holiday, check in, during our stay and check out Chiara was a friendly and professional host. The villa is in a beautiful location. The views are stunning. The town is small but has most of the things you need and it’s off the tourist trail which is nice. Perfectly located for Sorrento only a 20 minute or so drive away. The walk up and down the drive to the villa, and the steps down to the pool and the sea, require you to be able bodied but we had no problems and it was good exercise after all the wine and local food! Take shoes for the sea, it’s rocky and we all had a few scratches and scraps trying to get into the sea off the rocks right outside the villa. Water shoes, as most of the locals wear, would of meant that wouldn’t of been an issue I’m sure.
