2CAM01 - Cozy 4 bedroom house with private pool located in a quiet area

Cosy house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 8 people.

Outdoor area with private swimming pool, a large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool, enjoying beautiful mountain views. The outdoor area also has a barbecue and spacious parking (uncovered).

Indoor area with living-dining room with TV, equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher), two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. Free WiFi.

Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.

This property is only for families. Bookings for young people under 35 are not accepted.

- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Très belle expérience

Il n'y a rien à redire que ce soit le calme de la propriété, la situation avec une vue extraordinaire qui vous permet de profiter de très beaux coucher de soleil et en plus on est près de toi le centre-ville ainsi que la plage sont à moins de 10 minutes. Sans oublier de confort dans la maison, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien éclairées, le mobilier est très confortable et avec ses deux douches et trois wc on ne doit pas se bousculer. Sans oublier la piscine avec sa grande terrasse où on peut se prélasser au soleil à volonté. Je pense qu'un canapé en plus dans le salon ne serait pas de trop.

Annonce attractive mais......

Contrairement à l'annonce, il ne s'agissait pas d'un quartier résidentiel. Quand nous en avons fait la remarque à l'agence il nous a été précisé que pour bénéficier d'une résidence plus "touristique" il aurait fallu opter pour LLORET même et non pas Vidreres..... Contrairement à l'annonce qui précisait confort et équipement complet : pas de sèche cheveux, pas de gants ou autres pour sortir les plats du four, un seul plat disponible pour la cuisson au four (maison prévue pour 8 personnes), pas de petites poubelles dans les salles de bains...L'agence nous a répondu que c'était ainsi dans toutes les maisons et que nous devions amener ce dont nous avions besoin. Et qu'il faudrait régler ce point en direct avec les propriétaires. Arrivés un dimanche, il faisait froid 17°dans la maison. Nous avons contacté l'agence dès le lundi matin à la première heure mais le chauffage n'a pas pu être rétabli avant le mardi 12H00 car les propriétaires ne vivent pas sur place. Les deux nuits et la journée du lundi ont été compliquées. Les propriétaires sont toutefois charmants et nous ont proposé des couvertures supplémentaires. Ils nous ont expliqué qu'ils ne laissaient plus rien en cuisine car trop de choses avaient disparu avec les locataires....
