Situated in the picturesque village of Livadia, just a short stroll from the village’s center, the villa is an incomparable, luxurious getaway, ideal for large families or group of friends wanting to experience privacy and serenity close to nature. The vast exterior of the villa welcome children to play, have fun, enjoy the sun and create the most unforgettable summer memories!

Interior

The 165m2 residence is ideal for the accommodation of 6-7 guests. The residents can relax in the comfortable living room of the villa, while gazing at the amazing view of the sea and the gardens, or prepare their meal in the fully equipped kitchen that stands right next to the living room. The residence features three bedrooms that offer a captivating view to the verdant gardens, the turquoise pool and the crystal blue sea. The first master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a vast opening overlooking the sea. The second master bedroom features a unique bathroom where the design blends with the beauty of the nature. The third bedroom is a twin beds room with a shared bathroom.

The stunning exterior of the villa completes the image of a perfect setting ideal for private, deluxe holidays. The building is surrounded by a lush walled garden and a 23m swimming pool where residents can soak up the sun, swim and enjoy the magnificent view. The isolated outdoor Jacuzzi spa and the elevated deck with an unparalleled, panoramic view to the sea and the sunset are undoubtedly the highlights of the villa. The spacious residence is perfect for families with children and also an extraordinary meeting place for parties, wedding events and yoga workshops.

Fabulous Villa with amazing view and outstanding pool

We stayed for 1 week and had a great time in the "Wild West" of Kreta, close to the spectacular Elafonisi beach. The villa offers everything you need, including great sunsets and excellent services such as the breakfast basket in the morning. We made several very nice hiking tours during our stay, but you should not be afraid of driving on small curvy roads.

Gorgeous villa, incredible staff!

Villa Nautilus has all you can ask in a villa! Beautiful bedrooms, fabulous swimming pool, spa tub and a wonderful dining area with sea view. The villa is well designed and clean and you can feel a lot of privacy. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had tips for taverns, trips, beaches and everything! We strongly recommend the place to families. Although the weather was rainy (3 days out of 7 was raining), villa Nautilus made our vacation even better! Thank you so much!

Fantastic Vacations

We have the best memories from our weekly holidays in Crete. First of all, the island is a great destination even in September. We enjoyed the crystal clear waters of Elafonisi without the crowds and the locals were more relaxed in comparison to another year when we had chosen August for our journey to this amazing island. However, this year we were super excited for one more reason. Villa Nautilus made our stay in Crete unforgettable. The location was excellent, the pool, the interiors and the privacy, all deserve our five star rating! I must say, that the few times we decided that we were very tired to go out, we enjoyed staying in, playing in the pool with the kids or simply relaxing. The restaurant was nearby and we had easy and quick access to great food (an important factor when you have children). We are very happy to have met the people from Elafonisi Villas and we look forward to be back in a couple of years. I hope that we will be lucky enough to find Villa Nautilus available again. Until then, many thanks to Natasa and Grigoris for their discreet and continuous support whenever we needed help. We fully recommend staying at Villa Nautilus.

A piece of paradise

We spent a week in villa Nautilus last summer. It was our second time in Crete and we decided to have a more authentic experience in an unspoiled part of the island, away from the busy touristic attractions. Villa Nautilus became my family's paradise! The villa is modern, comfortable and very well maintained. We enjoyed the sea view of the villa but above all we charge our batteries with sun! The orientation of the villa is such that allows the guests to enjoy the sun all day long from early morning to sunset! For children the place was a reveal of a natural way of living! We were picking up the eggs from chicken almost daily and mr. Gregory (the maintainer) used to bring us tomatoes and fresh onions from his own garden! We had a wonderful time in this house! My children keep asking when we return to our "pool" and I promised them that we will be back soon...

Amazing.

Our family of four (including two young children)has rented apartments/houses throughout Europe, but Villa Nautilus takes the prize for exceeding our expectations! The house is simply stunning. The pictures are accurate, but can't begin to portray how beautiful it really is. Of course the view of the sea is breathtaking, but the villa itself is very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The small kitchen is very well stocked, and the comfy couch gave our family a place to curl up at the end of our adventure-filled days. The villa was also impeccably clean, and included the luxuries usually found in nice hotels like fluffy towels and duvets and even complimentary toiletries. The location was great. Though remote, the beautiful pink-sand beaches of Elafonisi are a short drive away. And the remote location of the village added to the adventure! Luckily, within a few minutes walk from the villa, you will end up at a fantastic Traverna, and will be dazzled by whatever Yanni decides to cook up that evening. Again -- amazing. I was also extremely impressed by the staff at Innahorion Villas. Everyone, from the very helpful and friendly Natasa who walked us through our holiday from the planning stage through our enchanting stay, to the 'handyman' who lives near the villa and was there to help us with what ever questions we had about the property. The customer service could not have been better. I whole-heartedly recommend this villa. It would be great for families with children young or old, or a group of friends traveling together. My kids must have asked me a hundred times when we will go back to our 'pool house' and I couldn't agree more --I can't wait to go back one day!

perfect, very good holidays

We spent very good holidays : the house is spacious and beautiful, the swimming pool is big and always very appropriate and the perfect reception. The villa is ideally situated and sunsets seen by our terrace are magnificent.

vacances inoubliables dans une magnifique villa

L'endroit est très calme et agréable. La maison est spacieuse, pratique. Le personnel qui est passé pour la maison ou la piscine est toujours resté très discret et très efficace. La piscine est grande, bien pratique avec la descente en pente douce pour les enfants. La vue sur la mer est magnifique surtout les soirs avec les couchers de soleil.

Everything was very well for our stay of 2 weeks: - The house is completed: comfortable and very practical; attractive. - The swimming pool is very big, pleasant, soft and magnificent. - An attractive garden: seen on the sea and of magnificent sunset - The place is very quiet and quiet - The staff is discreet and very effective
