Located in a resort area frequented exclusively by middle class Palermo and untouched by mass tourism, it is 200 meters from a sea of ​​mottled green and blue; 5 minutes from the airport Falcone-Borsellino (Palermo) and 20 minutes from the historic center of Palermo.
Go for sea life and day trips to the beautiful places in the provinces of Palermo and Trapani.
It is suitable for couples and families (with children) and is also available for renting single rooms.
Villa Jasmine is ideal for a summer vacation or a trip during the other seasons. A base in a quiet location you can reach many tourist destinations thanks to its strategic position close to the airport and the motorway junction.

The heating elements allows maximum comfort even during cold or humid periods.

The essential furniture has been studied in detail and with great taste by an architect expert to make the comfortable and pleasant stay. The whole house has been decorated and furnished in 2016.

The house has a patio overlooking the kitchen where it is pleasant to eat meals.

There is also a large garden used as a solarium or to spend pleasant evenings.

In the garden there is a solar heated shower.

The large, bright room has a sofa and armchairs in a colonial style.

Appliances: TV, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine are all purchased in 2016.

The rooms are comfortable and furnished with wardrobes from India and restored. The beds with slats are new. There are 6 beds.

One of the two double bedrooms, the master has the attached bathroom.

very hot holiday in Sicily

It was very hot during our holiday, but we kept our heads cool thnx to the great airco in the villa. The house was spacious, well equipped, clean, very private and excellent WIFI. Staying in this villa made us part of the community. We were the only Dutch people in the area and that gave us a real holiday feeling. We were surrounded by kind neighbours and friendly people. Especially our host, Marie Teresa, her husband and friend of the family, Pierro, made us feel very welcome. The villa is ideal for family visits with or without small children. The sea is nearby and great for a cooldown swim. You do need a car in this place to do your shoppings, but a great shopping mall is just a 10 minute drive away. We recommend this villa to anybody who is looking for rest, sun and sea in a comfortable place. Many thnx to Maria Teresa for making our holiday in Sicily a succes, Regards, Yvonne, Arjan & kids from Amsterdam

Home away from home

Im May-June 2023, we were four adults who searched for and found this lovely place to stay. Very clean, fully stocked in the kitchen, also an outside table to eat, washing machine and drying racks. We had and used all three bedrooms, and the living room was charming. We stayed here for a month (28 days) and used it as our home base for day trips. We used both our rental car to drive into the interior and to the west side of the island, especially. Once we took the train into Palermo for our day trip. Two train stations are a very short car ride away. Because we had planned to drive, we chose Carini. It was very easy to park on the street infront of the villa and to drive to the highway (although, beware of speed limits). The town of Carini itself, also includes a historial castle/palace, and a big modern "Poseidon" shopping mall 10 minutes away by car. In walking distance was a favourite bakery, a family pizzaria with a small family restaurant beside it. The Mediterranean was nearby in walking distance, and a short driving distance away was a small beach for swimming. Thank you to our host Maria. She arranged for a gentleman to meet us with the keys at the villa and to show us garbage and recycling schudeles, etc. Very courteous and helpful. We have wonderful memories of this place and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. It was very much a home away from home.

Una casa stupenda

È stata la migliore Villa che abbiamo mai affittato in tanti anni! Pulita, ampia, completa di ogni suppellettile. Quando siamo arrivati, pur essendo tarda sera, la casa era perfetta, illuminata, riscaldata, e tutto funzionante. La cucina è attrezzata anche con quei piccoli supporti per cucinare (caffè, olio e sale, ecc.) che non si possono portare viaggiando in aereo. Splendida area esterna ben attrezzata. Wi fi veloce e perfetto. Davvero complimenti alla host Maria Teresa per la cura, la pulizia e l’attenzione degli arredi. E per le guide che ha messo a disposizione, in sala, anch’esse perfette!! Grazie anche per la gentilezza e disponibilità del sig. Piero.
