Cozy and modern air-conditioned apartment at Patalavaca, southwest cost of Gran Canaria, with amazing panoramic views over the sea and the mountain, 10 min walking down to the beach of Patalavaca (15 min back up), a beach very protected from the wind in winter An ideal place for relaxation. From the terrace you will enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the sea (orientation West). The complex is very calm, only private owners. The pool area is really fantastic, overlooking the sea and the landscape, with 2 pools: a large pool and a small one for kids. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 with modern kitchen and amenities. 1 Bedroom with comfortable twin beds + 1 comfortable sofa bed in the living-room. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer. Sheets and towels are provided.

Excellent apartment

Very nice clean and tidy apartment - clearly renovated not that long ago - and nice and quiet. Air conditioning was a nice addition (most apartments don’t have it), as was the Nespresso machine. You even get a friendly neighbours cat that visits every day, which we liked. Lovely swimming pool. Good location - about 10 minutes walk to the beach, which is nice and quiet (in May). Nothing to fault. We will come back here again.

Freundlicher Kontakt zum Gastgeber, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Toller Ausblick auf die Küste, Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, Parkmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden. Sonnige Terrasse am Gemeinschaftspool, gepflegte, ruhige Anlage.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in der privaten Ferienwohnungsanlage war schön. Wir hatten eine schöne Wohnung, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Der Ausblick war grandios und es war wunderbar, morgens das Frühstück auf der Terrasse einzunehmen.Ein bisschen schade war es, dass die Besitzer der Wohnung direkt über uns die kompletten 14 Tage ihre Küche und die Fliesen von den Wänden abgeklopft haben. Dadurch hatten wir an den meisten Tagen von 8 Uhr bis 14 Uhr und von 17 bis 20 Uhr stetigen Baulärm. Aber das kann man wohl in einer solchen Anlage nicht vermeiden. Hotels verlegen solche Arbeiten in die weniger frequentierten Zeiten. Außerdem gibt es in der Anlage nur wenige Wohnungen, die an Urlauber vermietet werden. Die Besitzer selbst nehmen nicht viel Rücksicht auf die Ruhezeiten (Siesta); der Pool z. B. war zu jeder Tages- und Abendzeit lautstark von den Familien belegt. Wir haben uns meist die Essenszeiten zum entspannten Baden ausgesucht. Auch hinterließen die Familien oft ihren Verpackungsmüll, der dann leider im Pool schwamm. Ein Hausmeister war zwar mehrfach in der Anlage, um diese zu reinigen und den Pool zu säubern, aber dagegen konnte selbst dieser nichts ausrichten.Aber alles in allem danken wir Annemieke und Martin für diese wunderschöne Wohnung.

Ausblick und Meer ...

Gut gelegenen Wohneinheit. Öffentliche Parkplätze ausreichend (im Winter) vorhanden.Der Blick in die Bucht ist fantastisch. Der Weg zum Meer (Strand) ist hingegen über ca. 400 Treppenstufen oder einen längeren Fußweg zu bewältigen (wenn man das Auto stehen lässt). Die Nachmittage lassen sich auch wunderbar auf der Terrasse verbringen.Restaurants vielfältig an der Promenade oder in den Nachbarorten. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Läden zum Einkauf sind in der Umgebung vorhanden.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt mit dem tollen Ausblick über die ganze Bucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage und Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Helt grei leilighet med fantastisk utsikt.

Grei leilighet ,litt skuffende vannkoker var i stykker. Satt den på ,srømmen gikk. Slik bør skjekkes før gjestene kommer. Synes leiligheten bør ha oppvaskmaskin, siden det er utleie leilighet. Hadde fin ferie med en fantastisk flott utsikt. Hyggelige naboene

Tolles Apartment mit schönem Meerblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Sehr gute Ausstattung in der gesamten Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die Kommunikation war super. Viele Supermärkte in der Nähe und insgesamt eine sehr gute Lage. Die Poolanlage war großflächig und man hatte viel Platz. Wegen der aktuellen Corona-Situation konnte man lediglich die Sonnenliegen nicht nutzen, was für uns aber kein Problem darstellte, da wir uns hauptsächlich am Strand aufhielten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Anfi Strand und Playa de los Amadores und Puerto Rico, welche c.a. 10 km entfernt sind. Das Apartment können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Delightful Spot To Watch Sunsets

The online photos don’t do this apartment justice, it is much better than it looks & it looks pretty good. Communication is excellent (we stayed as the Covid lock down was put into action) & any queries were answered fully. Many thanks to Lili. We shall return when we can travel more freely, & hope that this apartment will be available then? Thanks to Patrick too, for meeting us with the keys after our plane was delayed for a couple of hours.

Toller Blick mit Sonnenuntergang

Besonders der tolle Blick auf den Hafen und den beleuchteten Gebäude bei Dunkelheit haben es uns angetan. Aufgrund der Lage hatte man die Sonne bis zum Untergang auf der Terrasse.

Pros: A wonderfully cozy apartment that has modern amenities. The beds were also very comfortable.The unobstructed sea view is a total joy! An unexpected treat, from the comfort of the apartment's terrasse, was the bay-side New Year's Eve firework display! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment. We loved this apartment, recently renovated, the view is really fantastic, the kitchen is ok, it is a small apartment, missing A/C for hot days, and a very small the bedroom. The area is good and quiet, near all facility. We definitely recommend this apartment
