Only 20 km from Florence, near San Casciano Val di Pesa, the property is located in a panoramic position, immersed in the green of its large park with extensive olive grove. You can enjoy a wonderful holiday dedicated to wellness and relaxation with its private location with exclusive access. Villa Andrei is a modern building that retains all the architectural tradition of Tuscany. It offers two spacious lodges ideal for dinners and lunches outdoors, is equipped with a barbeque and wood oven. The garden at the back of the House, in the shade of five large pines, offers extensive views with breathtaking sunsets. Inside there is a living room with a large stone fireplace and dining room, on the left wing 2 rooms with shared bathroom, on the right wing a double bedroom with bathroom and kitchen. upstairs a beautiful billiard room with a double sofa bed. The House offers free wi-fi and TV with satellite channels. Wide possibilities for hiking and mountain-biking in the woods surrounding the property.
Located about 20 kilometres from Florence, 50 km from Siena and 100 km from Pisa, is ideally placed for excursions to artistic cities of Tuscany. situated in the Chianti Classico area, close to the residence, the cellars of the most important wineries of Chianti. Also nearby many villages like Greve in Chianti, San Casciano, Monte Riggioni, San Gimignano, Radda in Chianti and others.

Great holiday

A lovely welcome, very clean, well equipped house, beautiful vues all around. A great location for visiting Florence ( we recommend park and ride, cheap and easy) and sienna. We loved the pool, great family couch, the pizza oven was a great experience. A perfect holiday!

This is a great place on the hill in Tuscany the views are tare wonderful and the place was great ideal If you have a car, about 35min drive from Florence. Very central location we drove around to many places Roads are nice and relatively easy to drive. Not like the big cities. The host Edoardo was great and gave us lots of helpful information will come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Stay at Villa Andrei. The house is tranquil and beautiful. We could have stayed there another month easily. Our host, Edoardo, was extremely prompt in providing helpful info we requested. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is only a few minutes from some of the great places to eat. However, parts of the road to the house is a bit challenging to drive on.

Villa Andrei is a highlight - beautiful and quiet.

We spent almost two weeks in Tuscany and rented three houses. Villa Andrei was a highlight - an beautiful and quiet location. You are on your own and can really enjoy your time under the Tuscan sun. The surrounding landscape and the view are wonderful. We had plenty of space in the house and especially on the terrace. The pool was already very usable at the end of May and certainly a blessing in the height of summer. We would recommend Villa Andrei to anyone looking for a great stay near Florence. The only drawback is the access road, but that is not the landlord's fault.

We loved the big house and land that is enough far away from other houses so that we could play loud music in- and outside, let our dogs run through the garden, chill in the pool or play ping pong on the terrace. I never saw a house and especially a kitchen, that is so well equipped. Everything was perfectly clean and we loved two have the bedrooms with own bathrooms on different sides of the house. Also the whole host family is incredibly friendly. The only two downsides are the bad road (no asphalt) up to the house and that there's no AC which can be tough in summer when it's 35 degrees or even more outside. Otherwise it offers everything what you need (and more) for a nice stay in Tuscany.

Ein unfassbares Haus in sensationeller Lage. Neben einer völlig unkomplizierten und herzlichen Übergabe wurden wir mit Wein und Öl von den umgebenden Bäumen begrüßt. Das Haus ist mit allen Dingen gut ausgestattet und man findet in jeder Schublade nützliche Dinge. Wir haben wirklich alles genutzt (Pool, Billard, Tischtennis, Pizzaofen). Tolles Haus auf einem Hügel in der Toskana

Wir (Familie 26-62, Oktober 24) wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Eduardo war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein perfekter Standort zwischen Siena und Florenz. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Lage mit tollen Blick in die toskanischen Berge. Der Pizzaofen funktioniert! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, vielen Dank an den Gastgeber

Très jolie villa dans la campagne toscane

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa, très spatieuse et très bien équipée avec barbecue, four à pizza, piscine, table de ping-pong et billard. Geweldig huis met een fantastisch uitzicht!

Na een onverharde goed berijdbare weg doemt na zo'n 2 kilometer het toegangshek van Villa Andrei op dat toegang geeft tot een geweldig familiehuis, dat ooit gebouwd is door opa. Omringd door olijfbomen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, ziet er verzorgd uit en heeft een geweldige sfeer. Ook het uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels is adembenemend. Het ontvangst door de zoon van de eigenaar was hartelijk. De sympathieke eigenaar zelf was goed te bereiken via whatsapp. En hij is tussendoor nog enkele keren langs geweest om dingen te regelen, nog 2 extra ventilatoren te brengen en een waterprobleem op te lossen. Heel positief! Het zwembad is niet groot, maar zorgt wel voor de nodige verkoeling. De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis om stadjes in de omgeving te bekijken. We zijn oa naar Florence, Siena, San Gimignano en Volterra geweest. Ook een aanrader is de Sentierelsa Trail met het toverachtige riviertje en de vele watervalletjes. Het huis is echt een aanrader!! Zou het huis zo weer kiezen!

Traumhaus auf den Hügeln der Toskana

Das Haus, die Umgebung und unser Gastgeber ließen es an Nichts fehlen. Wir konnten so mit 5 Personen einen unbeschwerten Urlaub auf dem großzügigen Grundstück inmitten eines Olivenhaines verbringen und die Ruhe und Aussicht geniessen. Der Pizzaofen, Billardzimmer und Tischtennisplatte wurden oft und gerne genutzt. Das Haus haben wir in perfekten Zustand übernommen und hoffentlich auch so wieder zurückgelassen... ;-). Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge in das Herz der Toskana. In ca. 15 Minuten war man auf der Schnellstrasse, von der aus man Florenz (insgesamt ca. 30 min), San Gimignano und Siena (insgesamt ca. 40 min.) mit dem Auto erreichen konnte. Leonardo gab uns auch wertvolle Tipps, die uns den Besuch der Toskana noch einfacher und beeindruckender gestalten ließen. Einstimmigkeit herrschte auch darin, dass wir auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen wollen! Für Familien sehr, sehr geeignet! Einfach großartig!

Traumhafte Lage in vollständig ausgestatteter Villa

Es gibt hier nur gutes zu berichten. Neben der tollen Lage auf einem Hügel thronend und der mehr als vollständig ausgestatteten Villa Andrei, war es einfach traumhaft schön hier. Billardtisch, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrräder und auch ein Pizzaofen im eigenen Garten rundeten das Ganze perfekt ab.

Un lieu merveilleusement bien situé

Top-Lage, Haus mit vielen Features

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, so dass immer eine leichte Brise weht. Wir alle haben Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Grill und Pizzaofen geliebt und drinnen Netflix& Co sowie das Billiardzimmer. Eduardo und Chiara waren immer erreichbar und mega-tolle Gastgeber. Ich kann das Haus wirklich nur empfehlen!

The view!!!!

The view is completely understated and is just something you can’t capture through photos. We just loved sitting in the lounge chairs admiring the view in the mornings and evenings. Edoardo was easy to communicate with, responded quickly with questions and friendly. The house is amazing! If you want to feel like you’re living in an Italian home, than this is it. My kids had a blast with the pool, pool table and ping pong table. Advice: just be aware that there isn’t AC, but there are lockable window slats to get a breeze in during the evening. Bring bug spray if you’re susceptible to mosquitos. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to their salvia, but hydrocortisone and spray may be purchased at the local Co Op. Wineries are EVERYWHERE and extremely close. Great, friendly feel. We actually ate at the house most of the time. Once again the Co Op supermarket went beyond the norm: meat, fresh pasta, bread, fresh sauces, pizza dough, charcuterie fixings, local wines, fresh fruit and veggies.

Wonderful stay, the panoramic view is amazing

We were fortunate to find such a beautiful house in the most enjoyable surrounding you can find in Tuscany. The panoramic view of the small hills is worth the trip on itself. Fully equiped and very comfortable, the only con’s is that we visited less the area as we felt so great in the house/garden. Nice walking trails are directly accessible from the house. The hosts were very attentive to our well being and without doubt, we will be back, hopefully soon. Thanks again for this memorable stay. Bruno
