Beautiful remodeled home with 3500 sq ft. Large bedrooms and loft that allow sleeping for 14 comfortably. Home has been completely remodeled with new fixtures, flooring, paint, etc. All furniture is new, to include top quality mattress' for those great nights sleeps after a hard day at the lake. Kitchen has large side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric range and microwave. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking and baking utensils, and all of the modern appliances and conveniences of home. Dining room has large table with seating for 14. Basement has large wrap around couch with flat screen television. Basement also walks out to patio with lake view. Home features large lot with plenty of room for the kids to play. Home has a wrap around deck with Blackstone grill and beautiful lake views. Because of the esxtra large lot, there is plenty of off street parking for all your toys. House features whole house Air Conditioning, smart TV's in all bedrooms and family room. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. House was remodeled and furnished with large families in mind. You will be Impressed!!

We had another great stay. 3 hot days and the AC worked great. Communication with Angelo was great as with prior trips. House fit our group perfectly and we look forwarding to returning.

Fantastic Family Home

The house was beautiful! It provided plenty of space for the whole entire family and was a very short drive to the lake. It was a perfect, peaceful place to celebrate our last big gathering before our daughter went off to college. This home will hold a special place in our hearts and we definitely hope to visit again!

Lovely house and all around experience

The house was very roomy. Large kitchen gathering/ dinning area. One of the best things about the house was the numerous gathering areas. Several areas for chatting, watching movies and playing games so people weren’t on top of one another. The house was clean, well equipped, well decorated and a super cool house all in all. Location was fantastic. Angelo was very responsive and great to deal with. We enjoyed our week stay and will definitely return!

We loved our stay at this home. The owner was very responsive and the description of the property was accurate. We had a great time boating on the lake, sitting around the fire pit, playing games and enjoying meals around the large, family style table. The beds were comfortable and the house provided a lot of room for us to all spread out in.

Every one of our needs were met

Our family gathered for a memorial. The location & property was just as advertised except some confusion as to whether I could bring my dog. That issue was easily solved with the property owner and we all had a great time ( including my dog). I will definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We loved everything about this place from seperate rooms and living areas for independence from large group yet a large kitchen area for group dinners. Fire pit was a bonus but bring own wood as corner store is outrageous. Trains are frequent by this place so keep windows shut to drown it out. We appreciated Angelo's communication.

Perfect for family get together

This home is absolutely perfect. Easily accommodated us, our grown kids and grandkids. Everything you need is there. The large kitchen and dining table was the best for our family mealtimes and fellowship and games. Play area for the little ones in backyard. So close to Lake Mac. Angelo was super responsive with any questions. This is truly one of the best VRBO we have stayed at! Already have reserved for next summer!

Lake house lacking towels and toilet paper

13 people stayed at this house. This is a house by a lake. Exactly 11 towels were in the entire house. Not even one per person. Very inconvenient. Also 3 bathrooms. Each bathroom had a partially used roll and 1 full roll of toilet paper. Less than 6 rolls for 13 people for 3 1/2 days. Not enough. No condiments in fridge. The house was clean and had a very nice yard for the kids.

Can't say enough positive... huge home, lots of beds/rooms for sleeping options. Fully equipped kitchen. Large dining area for family meals and games. Front foyer for storage and coolers and sandy shoes. Blackstone grill, backyard fire pit and swingset. Huge parking area for our big pontoon boat. CLOSE TO DAM... close to boat ramps esp with water so low this year. Angelo responds immediately to inquiries. Recommend bringing extra consummables- paper towels, trash bags, tissues, dish/hand soap, etc and extra bath towels. This was our second year here and we had the best time ever! We are so grateful to find such a perfect place to vacation with our kids and grandkids!

My wife and I were both born and raised in Colorado. We are both small business owners. We have two daughters and two Grandchildren. We have been married for 20 years and currently live in Colorado Springs.

Why they chose this property

My family has been vacationing at Lake McConaughy for over 20 years. We have a big family and needed a place to accommodate everyone. We bought the house because Lake McConaughy is the perfect vacation spot for warm water, boating, sun and good old fashioned family time.

What makes this property unique

We value family time while on vacation. Because of the size, this house allowed sixteen (16) members of our family to sit together at the table and enjoy dinner and board games. This is very uncommon for most lake homes. The home gives everyone their privacy if they want it, while also having large gathering spaces to come together.
