Amazing apartment right on the beach

Three generations of my family enjoyed a fabulous week long stay at this property. Communication was excellent and the view is almost better than the photos. We love, love, loved it! You won’t regret booking it.

A charm house in the best place!

Wonderful! Valentina is the most amazing person I’ve ever met. She’s full of life and a marvellous host. The house is very charming and it’s set in the most beautiful spot. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Beautiful Location with Great Amenities

We stayed 4 days after Christmas. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. One bonus for the cold months is the wood-burning fireplace. There was plenty of firewood and it just made the location even more special. The views were amazing. This location is rare in that it has private parking behind a gate, exclusively for guests. Highly recommended and will return.

Gemütlich mit Meeresrauschen

Schönes Haus (sieht man auf den Fotos ja nicht), nette, kommunikative Gastgeber, super Terrasse, zum Strand kann man barfuß gehen. Drei Restaurants sind direkt am Strand, noch ein paar an der Straße. Es gibt einen total netten Weg bis nach Roses, immer dem Meer entlang. In Roses jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeit und - für uns wichtig - veganes Eis : ) Und Roses ist wirklich kein schlechter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Unsere Lieblingsziele waren Dalis Wohnhaus in Cadaques und Girona.

Séjour familial

Notre recherche était concentré sur la proximité de la plage pour le plaisir de nos petits enfants afin de retrouver les copains de vacances. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié également la proximité de toutes les commodités ( supérette, boulangerie, presse…) Stationnement pour la voiture. Restaurants tout près sur la plage. Rosas accessible à pied en logeant la mer 6km. Plage de l’Almadrava à 15mn à pied. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et spacieux pour 6 personnes avec une belle et agréable terrasse. L'hôtesse sympathique et accueillante tout en restant discrète est très à l'écoute et réactive. Inconvénients : Nuisances de la boite de nuit qui se trouve également coté plage à proximité de la location et la circulation sur la route. J’ajouterai le manque de rideaux occultants pour la chambre enfants et plus protecteurs au salon.

Super emplacement

Très bel emplacement, juste au dessus d'une magnifique petite plage et des ses restaurants. La superette à 2 min à pied est aussi très pratique. Le logement est confortable et bien agencé, il manque juste la climatisation pour pouvoir bien dormir quand il fait très chaud fenêtres fermées car quelques nuisances sonores sont à déplorer entre 3h et 5h du matin à la fermeture du Beach Club dont les clients envahissent la plage à la fermeture.

Beautiful Setting Beach adjacent Spanish Decor

Owner Valentina is a sweetheart and checked-in occasionally to make sure I was OK, since I ended up being here by myself. Decor felt authentic Spanish flair, perhaps some antiques. I loved the owners friendly dog, Tim who came for a daily visit. This apt is only steps from the beach, it has great views, wonderful balcony, fully equipped and spacious.

Highly Recommended

Valentina was a great host. She was very responsive to our questions prior to our stay and once we arrived she made sure everything ran smoothly. Location and view is spectacular. The rental is rustic, charming and spacious. We would definitely rent this location again !

What you want

Location is great; Beach 100 meter, Bread 200 meter, Supermarket 200 meter, 2 restaurants 100 meter. It is also lovely to switch between the terrace of the appartment and the beach. Parking in front of the house, in a bounded area. And Valenina is a great and relaxed hostess!

Valentina es la mejor anfitriona. Es como volver a casa. La chimenea se precalienta antes de la llegada. Es un lugar para sentirse bien justo en la frontera con el parque nacional.
