Casa de Arena is an ancient and elegant family home, immersed in the fascinating landscape of the Sicilian countryside, a few steps from the archaeological park of Morgantina.
The house is made of stone and inside is furnished in the characteristic Sicilian style, refined and welcoming, which envelops its guests in a magical and relaxing atmosphere. One of the strengths of the house is the sensation you get from experiencing the breathtaking scenery from the windows and the two large terraces, both during the day, with the surrounding polychrome hills and the majestic Etna Volcano, and at night, when it is possible to observe the starry sky, always enjoying the silence of nature as only far from the cities is possible.
The particular location of Casa de Arena allows in fact moments of great experience of contact with the environment and pure relaxation in a context of absolute privacy in the shade of citrus and olive trees, or by the pool while enjoying an aperitif at sunset.
The pool area is furnished with all comforts: chaise longue for sunbathing, table and chairs in the shade of a gazebo to enjoy delicious outdoor lunches and dinners, barbecue, large dressing room with bathroom, outdoor shower, and mini-bar for the long summer days.
The swimming pool with large Roman staircase measures 12 meters in length and 6 in width, is open from Easter to October and has been built with elegant taste and so that you can enjoy a unique panorama but in a context of absolute privacy, tranquility and independence.
Casa de Arena consists of a large entrance hall with study area, a spacious and bright living room furnished with fine furniture, stuccoed ceiling with elegant vault, fireplace, TV, two sofa areas, one of which with a French double sofa bed (140x180), and large dining table; the cozy kitchen, equipped with all appliances, is the ideal place to prepare tasty lunches also, on request, with the support of local chefs. The sleeping area consists of two spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning and two characteristic single bedrooms (without air conditioning), two bathrooms, one with a comfortable bathtub and one with a large shower.
Parking included and free inside the property. Free Wi-Fi available for guests.

PLEASE NOTE: the property maintainer, a kind and discreet person, in the absence of the Host, will welcome guests of Casa de Arena and will be available 24/7 in case of need. His presence will be reserved, always useful and at the same time never intrusive. He lives in an indipendent apartment at ground floor.
Casa de Arena, as described, is rented for the exclusive use of the single nucleus.
The swimming pool is open from Easter to end October.
