We give this rental an EXCELLENT rating. The cottage was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.It is so close to the beach and Scott is an AWESOME host. The property was exactly as advertised. It was so clean, you couldn’t tell anyone else had stayed there. Everything is new and very comfortable.The host, Scott, was easy to get in touch with and very helpful with any questions.The property is only a few steps from the beach and in a quiet and uncrowded area.Our overall experience was excellent and we highly recommend staying there!!Great sunsets as well!

Cute very small cottage near the water Kitchen was well supplied there is a home some what attached to the back of the cottage so privacy is an issue if some one is staying in the other property we had to keep the blind shut or they could see directly into the bedroom and people walking by can see in the front The house is on an access street to the beach that is used a lot so when sitting out side people walking to the beach are very close to the sitting area

Well glad you enjoyed your stay. As far as the privacy we have not had a complaint before. There is a window in the bedroom is behind the headboard of the bed but it it has the wood plantation blinds would block anyone from seeing in and wood and a small window in the kitchen has the same blinds black out wood shaker blinds. The glass is tinted and there is a 12ft to 15ft court yard between the cottageand the main house. The front door is leaded glass door panel which I dont think anyone can see through, they use them on homes here all the time its a upgrade from a solid door allowing light in as well as the glass is pretty. Anyways not sure what to say. it was a pleasure having you stay with us please come back and see us again.

Amazing cottage just steps away from the beach! Newly refurbished with plenty of space to relax & unwind. Modern amenities & a bright, refreshing feel to the interior. Excellent landscaping & spaces to chill outside as well. This property had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The location simply cannot be beat if you are searching for a Florida beach getaway.

Best Location in Manasota Key

This Beach cottage has a great location a few steps to the beach, shops and restaurants are very close by, I recommend the White Elephant a fun place with good music, drinks and food. The cottage was perfect for two people, very clean, the kitchen has everything you need. If you are looking to go to Manasota Key I highly recommend this cottage.
