WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. $200 WILL BE CHARGE TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL LOCATED IN A HOTEL SETTING. THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.

NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. AS SOON AS ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. MANY TMES IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

There is NO "RESERVED PARKING" FOR THIS UNIT. UBER is available and Taxis. ONE Guest Parking is available most of the time although I cannot guarantee it 100%.

Recently remodeled studio with a King size bed for only 2 persons. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable TV wall-mounted, large balcony, AC. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two adults only. Non-smoking persons and no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Great area love the private access to the beach front and the view.unfortunately There were bugs on the bed that grossed us out. Wouldn’t stay again there’s a strip of hotels like Marriott and Foxwoods right next door rather just stay there!

To be honest it’s in need of upgrade and you are just paying for the view from balcony. Apartment is not fit for four comfortably. Pull out couch uncomfortable and stained. Small room. Doors to patio don’t shut completely and everything seems out of date. Building also seems like it’s still trying to recover from Hurricane Maria and could use some paint. Location is good but stayed in better places with more amenities available.

Visiting Puerto Rico for the first time!

The property was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Puerto Rico! Accommodated four adults for 10 days, very short walk to the beach, great restaurants near by and lovely staff at ESJ. Can't wait to come back in the near future!

great location, amazing view

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a long weekend and we absolutely loved our little apartment! The view and the access to beach were the main reasons why we booked it but we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the apartment. It was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We noticed how quiet it was at night, which worked for us! We would recommend it to all of our friends and family.

Beautiful view

The view and proximity to the beach was great. The overall building was old and needed updating. The electricity went out for about 3 hours. We were on the 17th floor. All the furniture looked old and dated. I’ve seen better on the side of the road. The bed was ok, but was covered with a strange quilt. The shower had a cheap curtain that made it too dark. I’m sure it was once a nice place.

The view speaks for itself!

Room was exactly as described. Small and simple, it’s all that is needed on a beach getaway. View is absolutely beautiful—might just be best on the strip. Host was in communication. No beach items but you can rent chairs/umbrella from a guy on the beach who hangs outside the building. Would recommend and stay again!

Great view!!

Happy new year! We just returned from a great trip to Puerto Rico and we miss it already. The condo is amazing and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Fantastic views, great location and beautiful lobby that has music,bar,restaurant , concierge ,and game room. This property has a private pool and easy beach access. Isabella is great to work with and keeps her condo immaculate . We will be going back next year.

33rd. Visit to ESJ

As stated, this was our 33rd.stay at ESJ, we love the area and the people. We had a time share there that we used for 25 years. The building went thru several owners and managers, and it still needs a lot of upgrades and repairs. Our rental was nice and clean and the Elite Restaurant on the premises was a great surprise. The laundry room needs to be upgraded. In closing we probably will be staying again in 2025.

Great Value

We had a great stay and were very pleased with the space/location for what we paid. The unit was clean and comfortable and perfect for two people. Isabel was thorough and prompt in her communication with us. The building is under construction with no pool or open bar which Isabel clearly communicated before our arrival. The access to the beach and the view from the balcony make not having the pool/bar easy to overlook though.

Didn't want to leave!

A million dollar view of the Ocean and San Juan, Penthouse Studio decorated with lovely scenes of San Juan. I loved the big bathroom and large kitchen area. Had coffee and pastry in the morning on the balcony, as well as dinner. The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep fast and slept through the night. Quiet and Peaceful, The beach is the Caribbean beach you've always dreamed about. Isabel is always just a text away and keeps in touch to make sure all is going well. She was also very helpful and supportive when my flight home was canceled at the last minute! This is my second time and I will be back again soon.

My stay in Isla Verde

The property is showing it's age. In all fairness Puerto Rico has had a very rough 4 year stretch due to the pandemic, earthquake and hurricane. The unit I stayed in had a 5 star view but we had to deal with ants in the room and an air conditioning system that did not properly remove humidity in the room. Had to rough it out but the price reflected the negatives. Probably wont return in the future

Amazing!!!

I had no issues at all. It was just so prefect. The location, the PH view was amazing 👏 waking up to that view was everything. It was very clean. The ower kept in contact before and after the stay. The ower Isabel did not bother us. I felt like she was a text message away. She texted us the night before we left and during our flight to say have a great flight. The process was smooth and easy! It was walking distance to just about everything. The jet skis, banana boat etc.is right on the beach of the PH. The beds were very big and comfortable: king size. One situation where the lights went out for a little so no elevator and we had to walk from the 17 floors to the lobby, i had heels on so im still in pain from that lol if youre in good shape dnt worry. Great experiences and we plan to view again. Thanks for having us.
