Great Stay convenient location

Had a great time at this property felt like we were close enough to walk or get a cheap Uber ride to everything we wanted to see in town. The rooms were comfortable and the living spaces were spacious enough for our whole group to spend time together. Will be recommending to friends and family that visit Nashville in the future!

This house has every thing you need to enjoy Nashville. Very spacious, open floor plan, and fun! The top porch is perfect for hanging out and the rooms are big and comfy. Highly recommend this property and the hosts are happy to help with any questions.

We loved our stay in Germantown! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to fabulous breakfasts and dinner. We also walked to the park farmers market and history museum. The house was quiet and set up well. We would definitely stay there again if we could. Loved it!

Beautiful house in great neighborhood

This house was exactly as described. It was beautiful, full of character and very clean. Robert was very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was cute, we felt safe and close to several restaurants that were great. A quick Uber ride to Broadway, SoBro and The Gulch. We would definitely stay here again!!

First Time Visiting Nashville

Had a blast visiting Nashville and Graceland for our 40th Anniversary. Our daughters and their spouses joined us, and there was plenty of room and then some. House is wonderful! Absolutely beautiful home!

We did have a couple issues with air, a step and water leaking from the kitchen sink but ALL issues were addressed in a timely manner. The owners could not have been more polite and professional.

Celebrated 40 at the grand ole opry!

It was our 40th birthday! We needed a place that was close enough to downtown but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle! This was perfect! Amazing Stay

We totally enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Within walking distance to many things, including Broadway. Slept like a dream. Lots of personal space and lots of group space. The property manager and owners were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for that great getaway while visiting Nashville. I know that I will be reaching out to them for my next stay in Nashville.

Perfect landing pad for all things Nashville!

The house is in a quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. We were a group of 7 women in town for the P!NK concert and made great use of the entire house with each of us having our own private spaces but communing together in the kitchen/ living pace on the first floor. We came and went to different attractions/bars/restaurants some within walking distance and others a quick and easy Uber ride. The cold plunge tub was a bonus! Definitely recommend the house for groups or even families with (not too little) kiddos.

Great house for a great visit

The house is even better in person. Neighborhood seems safe and is very quiet, while house is large enough for 8 or more people and fully stocked! We didn’t eat them, but there were even snacks in the pantry. Coffee is via keurig and there were plenty of pods. This was a very nice place to relax after the madness in town each evening. Ubers to downtown were around $10 unless it is raining then around $20. Already planning a visit in the Fall.

Very convenient

Our main purpose for visiting was for a concert at Nissan stadium. This place was in the perfect location to avoid all the “red” in traffic! We parked in lot F and was able to dodge all the busy traffic and have a pretty easy walk to the stadium! The home was clean and exactly as described (minus the cold soak). Check in and out was very easy and hosts were good with communication. We loved how all bedrooms were on the same floor with everything else on top and main floor. It was a very quiet area while we were there with not a lot of traffic in the neighborhood. The beds were decent and the pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of supplies available in kitchen and bathrooms. The string lights on top patio need to be replaced (only a few bulbs worked). We parked in the space in the back which was great to not have to park on the road. Overall, we loved it and would stay again!!
