This condo is located in a golf-oriented community and is newly remodeled and nicely turnkey furnished with newer high-quality furniture. Rooms are spacious, with a lot of closet space. Master bedroom has a king size bed, newer high quality foam mattress and view of the lake; guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Living room is open to the dining area and kitchen with granite counters. It is newly tiled with porcelain floors throughout and leads to screen balcony with lake and pool view.
Phone, internet and cable TV is provided. The new University Town Center mall is less than 5 minutes' drive.

Great Complex and location

We stayed here for 2 months. The condo was very clean and well appointed. This is a perfect location near beaches, shopping, golf courses and parks. We very much enjoyed our stay getting to know both owners and guests in The Meadows. Thank you so much to our great host and property manager.

A Great Location.

A great stay that had a few issues. Cecilia, the property manager was very quick in her attempt to corrects the issues. Cecilia was great.

The Meadows is a great location, and this condo is very nice, but the patio is completely covered by very thick palm plants. There is no light getting into the unit. Upon entering the condo you have to immediately turn on lights. The property manager takes days (11 days) to respond my report that the AC was not functioning properly. But again, nice unit, great location

Snowbird Initiation

This was our first time staying in Florida for 3 months. The condo was clean and updated. The property manager was easy to communicate with. The lanai was surrounded by palm trees, which gave it a tropical oasis feel. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo is a gem, well maintained and enabled us to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

First impressions say a lot, and that's true for this wonderful condo. Efficient layout, upscale furnishings with thoughtful details throughout. Add in a quite park like setting with a safe and secure neighborhood and nice immediate neighbors and you have the ingredients for a great stay. Highly recommend.

The beautiful weather, beaches, culture, and excellent dining close by while being in a very quiet, well maintained community. It has everything we were looking for in one of the nicest areas in sarasota.

What makes this property unique

The meadows is a great place to live and/or vacation. It has 3 golf courses (2 of which are public) and miles of biking, jogging, and walking. Love the short distance to the usa #1 beach "siesta key beach" , golf courses, beautiful downtown sarasota, wonderful museums and fine dining.
