Welcome to Villa Mayte for 16 guests... the luxury oceanfront villa collection. Villa Mayte and Villa Delfin is a combined 6 bedroom villa with two sofa beds... PERFECT for friends or family. Very private. Very intimate! With the ocean at your feet, exquisite sunsets and superior accommodations - the perfect excuse for a peaceful getaway. Just 20 minutes from the Int'l. border, Villa Mayte is nestled in a private community of San Antonio Del Mar just north of Rosarito. Guards Gate on duty 24/7.

Villa Mayte is ideal for friends or family gatherings... large enough to accommodate 16 guests in 8 beds... You'll find videos and many more photos of Villa Mayte on social media... We've had many great reviews of very happy guests - as well as celebrities that have been our guests. Within the complex there are two pools and two tennis courts. Across the highway is the Real Del Mar golf course and 30 minutes south is the famed Bajamar Golf course. There's also a private chef that can make and serve a delicious meal - and of course we count with a Château Camou wine cellar - one of Baja's TOP wineries in Valle de Guadalupe! *PRIVATE/SECURED PARKING for up to 8 cars.

Rosarito Getaway

The house was very spacious and accommodating for our party of 8. The view this place has is breathtaking. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again in the future.

We love this place! Have been going to it religiously two times per year… we only wish we could get away more often. Love the Sunsets! Love the Weather! Love the Restaurants and Nightlife nearby in Rosarito… My husband plays golf at Real del Mar – just 5 minutes away… and I love to head to Rosarito for a day of SPA … Puerto Nuevo is a must – every time! Thank you Teresa and Miguel for a wonderful stay – every time! The house is great and your hospitality is very professional and friendly. If you need to get away from the everyday stress in life – this is the town, this is the place!

Serene and Relaxing Vacation

We were looking for a place to take our elderly parents that was accessible for my father's scooter and walker. Mayte provided the perfect home for us, our parents and our children to enjoy some much needed family time and fun! The neighborhood is great with fantastic restaurants overlooking the ocean right in the complex. We will definitely stay there again!

We purchased this beach house for family weekend get together's and we have a lot of beautiful memories... Eventually we started renting it out to friends... and then publicly... Most of our renters stay in contact with us and have returned many times... A lot of them have become friends.

We do ask that you take care of it - just as if it was your own house.

If the total headcount should increase, notify us right away in order to adjust the rate.
There is a $50 fee for extra persons p/day - $100 if you don't tell us beforehand.
We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone that is deceitful and charge a fee for any failure to disclose additional guests.
