5 Bdr./ 3 bath Remodeled in 2020 West Galveston Beachfront house. Sleeps 14.
West Galveston house about 16 miles from the Strand, Moody Gardens and downtown. This beachfront one story home built to accommodate two or three families has a beautiful view of the ocean from every bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room. Surrounded by Andersen windows you will enjoy the quietness of silence or the relaxing sound of the waves and the breeze of the Ocean.
Recently replaced outside main deck made with non- splintering Trex material.
Kitchen remodeled in 2020 with all new custom made cabinets and island. Latest Bosch French Door refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. House was given a new coat of paint and laminate floors through out.
Winter experience at the Beach no problem Fireplace recently replaced Firefox and plenum will take all wood logs you toss in for
a warm atmosphere.
Located at a prime section for fishing. Early morning jog no problem; this house seats at the section of the beach that motor vehicles are not allowed so you will be safe and your children too. Lot size being one hundred by two hundred feet makes this house very private and with plenty parking space for up to seven cars. Two central air conditioning units cools and heats all living areas.
Sleeping accommodations are: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full size beds, 2 Bunk beds.
