Rosemary Beach House:Newly Renovated 4 bed, 3.5 bath, pets allowed, big backyard

North of 30A in Rosemary Beach with access to all amenities, normal-size home with large backyard and driveway; large lot size unusual for RB and privacy (houses aren't on top of each other), backyard patio with sitting and eating areas and grill. In Rosemary Beach and you get access to everything. House has 8 beds (2 of these are bunk beds) and bunk bed room is suitable for additional kid sleeping. 3 Bedrooms (2 king masters one on main with own bathroom, one 2nd floor with own bathroom; 1 queen on 2nd floor that shares bathroom with bunk/sitting room) AND 4th room has bunk beds for 2 but you walk through it to get to the upper level king master. 3.5 baths total: 2 bathrooms on each floor: half-bath on first floor plus full bathroom connected to master; upstairs full bath off master plus additional full bath (with tub) shared by queen and bunk room. Sleeps 8 adults in beds (as long as 2 sleep in bunk beds) with extra room for children on floor in bunk room. Upstairs master and downstairs great room have wood-burning fireplace. The queen bedroom upstairs has a room-like deck off of it that contains a daybed. Total 4 decks (1 with daybed; 1 screened in porch downstairs, 1 large/open up top for lounging, 1 small porch off master downstairs). Flat screen TVs in all rooms but queen. Full kitchen, outdoor shower, parking for 3 cars. Couches in family room pull out to full beds, if necessary. Close to both indoor and outdoor pools, new St. Augustine Green park for kids and dogs, village (5 mins) and short walk (7-10 minutes) to beach through town. Comes with convenient beach buggy, 8 adult chairs, coolers, umbrella (all provided) to the beach - or option to rent chairs. North side of 30A has 2 pools (one inside/outside, one outside; both 5-7 min walk from the house) that are both 5 mins walks from house each way; also 5 min walk to gym/yoga studio and tennis courts. South side has 2 additional pools you have access to and the beach, of course.

The house was in a great location for us and relaxing outside by the fireplace. The kitchen was beyond fully stocked making our stay even better. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. The house has great amenities only thing missing were bikes, but they were easy to rent. We visit Rosemary a few times throughout the year and We will definitely look to stay again.

Summer vacation

My family and I stayed at this property and it was perfect. I have twin boys 13 and an 18 year old daughter. The walk or bike to beach was convenient. The house was wonderful and Erinn was great and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back.

Perfect spot in Rosemary and great hosts

Highly recommend this spot in Rosemary. Easy walk to main square and beach. Hosts were very available and easy to get a hold of. House was very clean.

RB wedding getaway

Beautiful home. We had 6 adults with plenty of space. Parking is available in a driveway that will accommodate 3 medium size vehicles. Location excellent for walking around boutiques, a few restaurants and they provide great amenities for you to pack and walk to the beach. Wagon provided or bring your own (a must) it’s about 11 minute walk through beautiful homes, sidewalks make it easy.

Fantastic Family Trip

What a beautiful, well appointed home. We had an amazing trip and loved staying within Rosemary Beach at Flats of Rosemary. It's located within a very short walk to the town square, multiple pools, fitness center, and tennis courts. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for us and our dogs. The kitchen was well-equipped with nice appliances. There was more than enough room, a nice big back yard, and a wonderful location! We will definitely stay here again.
