The estate consists of two distinct homes thoughtfully arranged around beautifully landscaped grounds filled with gardens brimming with flowers and vegetables, fountains, mature trees, and peaceful seating areas:

Queen Anne House (3BR/4BA): This is the largest residence, featuring a gourmet kitchen with island, granite counters, and high-end appliances. Guests enjoy a formal dining room, a classic living room with hardwood floors, and an outdoor patio with grill and firepit for al fresco dining.

Oak Tree House (3BR/3BA): This home provides a full kitchen, living room, and multiple outdoor seating areas, including a deck and small terrace. The primary suite has an ADA-compliant bathroom and ramp access, offering accessibility for guests who appreciate or require it.
