Newly remodeled, contemporary San Diego vacation home with a spectacular view is perfect for your getaway! Located in Pacific Beach, the home is nestled up on a hill giving you panoramic views of Downtown, Ocean and Bay. AC included.

Beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy the views with a bbq or a glass wine. Also a great place to work within a quiet environment.

Aside from everything being newly remodeled in a contemporary style, this vacation home has the most breathtaking views of Pacific Beach, Sail Bay and the downtown skyline. Enjoy this quiet neighborhood in the mornings and evenings on the front patio with a cup of coffee or glass of wine overlooking the ocean.

This 6 person max/3 bedroom rental is perfect for a family or group of adults looking for the perfect vacation. It's only a few minutes into the heart of Pacific Beach. This location is also a short cab ride to Ocean Beach, La Jolla, & Downtown.

Rental includes: High-speed WiFi, streaming Netflix, 50' HD TV, all linens, many kitchen appliances in a newly remodeled kitchen. Beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards for fun days at the beach. For smaller children we have a pack 'n play as well.

Please note, no parties or events are allowed at the house. We have maximum number of 6 people allowed at the house at all times regardless if they are sleeping there or not.

This was a great rental located in a nice safe neighborhood with easy access to all the things we wanted to do in the San Diego area. The house is on a hill and felt very private with an amazing view of San Diego. We loved the main room and kitchen, it had a lot of natural light and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean. The yard space was great and even had some room to play for our young son.The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and everything worked well. It had true black out curtains/blinds in the bedrooms which were much appreciated (something a lot of rentals lack). Washer and dryer also worked great. Rental was well stocked with soaps, shampoos, hairdryer, and all the supplies we needed. This was a stress free rental with great hosts. Highly recommend to all.

Fantastic property

My wife and I spent the Christmas holidays with our two daughters in this fantastic home. The views of Mission Bay and the Pacific are as good as advertised, and the house itself is very well appointed. You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen, and the furnishings are comfortable, cozy, and in great shape. Renee and Per are great communicators and we had a seamless check-in experience. We highly recommend this rental and plan to stay here again.

Can’t wait to go back!

We rented Renee’s house with some friends. Everybody loved it, my two years old didn’t want to go back home. The house is a little gem, the view is breathtaking and the beach is 5mn car ride away. Renee was great to communicate with. As I said at the beginning can’t wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay and Renee was wonderful to work with. The house was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. Loved the location and the views were spectacular. The only complaint I would have is the bed in the master bedroom was a rock and the pillows weren't good either. :(

My New Kidney

This property is absolutely breathtaking every aspect of this property gives you the view of the breathtaking city of La Jolla and it beach. The property welcomes you to an amazing views of San Diego along with a beautiful firework show that is provided by courtesy of Sea World. You can take a short walk to the beach along with multiple mom and pop stores that cease to amaze you if you love Vietnamese food, there is amazing restaurants along the area on Garnet Street, so do I recommend this place absolutely in the evening we can pop open a bottle of wine and sit on the patio and indulge in the quiet, a beautiful breeze, that the ocean brings you right to the door steps of the property which has an amazing little fire pit that seals the deal.

Centrally Located with a View

Nicely remodeled 3bd/2bth that was 20 minutes from just about all of the major sights in town. Closer still to downtown La Jolla and Pacific Beach. This was a nice base of operation for a busy vacation and it still provided some nice relax and unwind vibes following action packed days. Would stay again. I docked it one star in cleanliness because the floors in the living area seemed to have some black soot from the fireplace that showed up immediately on our twin 1 year olds hands and knees. My guess is from wind coming through the fireplace. The rest was very clean and nicely updated.

Perfect place to stay for quick trip to San Diego. House is very tidy and has amazing views of San Diego and Bay Area. Used the BBQ and outdoor dining. Can see 9pm Seaworld fireworks from dining table and yard.

Great Stay & Cool House!

We really loved our stay! My husband and toddler son spent a week here on vacation. First of all, the house is as pictured here, newly remodeled inside, and very clean. The view is indeed stunning! After spending the day out and about, it felt great to come back and relax in such a nice home environment. The owners were responsive with our questions and helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc. The location was also close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again!

La Jolla A-Mesa-ing

Renee is the consummate host and everything about her home is a reflection of this. The house is so well thought-out for guests, being appointed with more than just the essentials, comfortable furnishings and stunning views of the coast over a quiet neighbourhood. The Cove is a scenic 5 to 7 minute drive. Access to the I-5 is also only 5 minutes (for example, outside rush-hour, you can be at the zoo in 20 minutes, door to door). The short walk to the nearest beach (north end of PB) is along quiet and beautiful residential streets. Great host, great home, great location and if you book it, great choice!

The blue house on the hill

The property was built in 1961 on the hill side in PB. The outside has not changed which makes it charming. However, the inside has totally been redesigned and remodeled very nicely. The View is priceless.

Incredible Sunshine Home

My roommate and I (both late 20s working professionals) lived at this house for 6 weeks while working remotely in 2021 and absolutely adored this house. The view is stunning, and the outdoor sitting area off the kitchen is so peaceful and perfect for lounging. The house is not large, but the high ceilings make it feel super spacious. The host was generous and highly responsive, and everything about the property was better than we expected. Modern, nice appliances. Clean and white. Great grill and bikes /beach toys accessible. We both worked from home during the day and did the quick drive to PB, Tourmaline, or La Jolla Shores beach to surf. Amazing spot!

WFH away from home

My husband and I came from AZ to escape the heat and still be able to WFH. It was perfect! Renee even brought me a table/desk so I set up one of the bedrooms as my office. The view from outside is amazing! We sat in the great yard whenever we weren’t working. The only thing different from the pictures is the master bath which has been totally redone. I would totally come back

Beautiful La Jolla home

For the past 3 years we have been renting in San Diego over July 4th and this was our favorite place. There was plenty of room for 6 of us without feeling like we were on top of each other! Check in and everything else was very easy and Renee was very responsive when we needed her. I would definitely stay there again!

6 of us stayed at the house for my nieces High School Graduation. The house was very spacious and comfortable for all. Location was perfect for us and the view was awesome!
