My house is situated in a planned housing society called Parsvnath City, located on Sangaria Pal by-pass Road, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. It is a gated colony with about 200 families residing. The colony is highly recommended for a nature enthusiast as it has variety of birds, trees and small animals. It offers stunning Arial scenes of the city and a must capture views of dawn and dusk.

We are a family of 5, comprising of my parents, my wife and my 2 year old daughter. We have a 3-storey bungalow constructed on 250 yards with 2 bedrooms with attached toilet and bathroom and a lobby/porch area on each floor. We stay on the Ground and First Floors and have therefore decided to rent out the Third Floor to prospective travellers.

The third floor has two furnished rooms along with Terrace and a balcony. Both the rooms are independent and have their separate Toilet/Bathrooms.

We have 3 cars in a family, so we have decided to rent out one car as per the mutual convenience to you so that you can commute within the city conveniently. Additionally, we would recommend you to buy a local pre-paid SIM card so that you can navigate hassle free through Google maps. Renting out a car is optional and we do have Book a Cab (Uber) facility.
