Bathroom has clean towels, Shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispenser. Hand soap dispenser.

Keyless entry. Easy to get in and out of the house anytime using the front door.

Non-Smoking Property.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Two miles Burbank Airport, 7 miles Universal, Warner Bros., W Disney Studios, NBC, North Hollywood & Burbank Area. A bus ride to N. Hollywood Terminal.

Good Stay for a Quick Visit

We enjoyed staying here with Edith, we realized early in the trip that we would have preferred to have somewhere with kitchen access, but other than that the stay was nice and Edith is extremely kind and personable.

Perfect location and easy access for my visit needs. Editha made check-in/out a breeze, and had all amenities I needed readily available - thank you! Coming and going was easy and I felt very safe at this location. Will be highly likely I will stay there again for future visits to the area.

We stayed for a week and the hostess was very nice and helpful. We were very easily located to the Universal Studios, Warner Bros Studio and Hollywood attractions were all just a 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed our time there she offers snacks and drinks for very cheap right there in the house. Tons of great restaurants nearby to try. Would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Exactly what we needed

We booked a last minute trip to go to a Dodger’s game and not only was this spot affordable but it was a convenient location, clean, and comfortable. Edith was a great host and was very responsive and accommodating. Overall it was a short but great stay and exactly what we needed.

One day stay

Editha was very accommodating with my short visit. She was flexible with the check in time which was a big deal considering I had a wedding to attend nearly an hour later. The room was clean, Editha respected the privacy, and the room was as advertised. In general, the entire stay was enjoyable.
