Private freestanding cottage in friendly 39-unit Admiralty Villas condo stretching from the Gulf to beautiful Lemon Bay. Heated pool. Private docks (free for renters – bring your boat, or rent one!) also direct beach access 400 steps from unit.
Large living room and dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen-size beds), 2 baths, and private deck. Fully-furnished, including linens and kitchenware. NO SMOKERS! Close to bay and pool. Just across the street from the Gulf beach. 1 hour from Sarasota Punta Gorda Airports, 90 minutes from Tampa and Fort Myers Airports, 20 minutes from Boca Grande. Beach restaurants and shopping nearby. Jet ski, kayak, parasail, deep sea fishing, and sunset cruise rentals on island.

Best vacation so far!!!!!!!!!
The entire vacation from beginning to end was incredible!!! Tina and Dave were the PERFECT hosts for this rental. The condo was clean,comfy and super close to everything that you might want to do at the beach. The pool was literally a few steps away from the cottage. It was about a 1 minute walk to the most beautiful uncrowded beach ever! All of the neighbors made us feel so welcome as well. We ate at wonderful fun restaurants close by and did a lot of fishing!!!! This cottage is truly amazing!!!!!!! I am hoping to rent this again!!!! Thank you Tina and Dave!!!
