Lemonade Stand by GSVR | Spacious Beachview Getaway w/ Pool & ELEVATOR + Free Activities/Golf

Lemonade Stand is a great house for a gathering. Right across from the beach, with a private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day. It is now pet friendly for a maximum of 2 dogs with a pet fee. Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).

It rents as a whole, with a total of 13 bedrooms, 12 full baths and works beautifully as one large house. The east side has a large living room with abundant seating, the west is a large dining area with 3 large dining tables. Each has a kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 full laundry rooms. Large private pool can be heated for $50/day, large covered outdoor gathering space with grills and seating for outdoor dining.

Nice combination of larger common space for togetherness, and lots of private bedrooms with porches. The first floor has a family room with a large so the kids have a place to call their own.

There are 13 spacious bedrooms, each with TV. 12 have adjoining baths, the 13th has a hall bath right next door. 10 bedrooms have private balconies overlooking either the Gulf or the pool & Little Lagoon beyond. There are a total of 10 King bedrooms.

Large pool area complete with lots of lounge chairs, tables for outdoor dining, grills and an assortment of beach chairs & more that you are welcome to use during your stay.

Located in family-friendly West Beach, 2 miles west of Hwy 59. Away from condos & crowds, still quite close to restaurants, shops & attractions.
The bottom floor has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a family room and 2 laundries.
The middle floor has a large living and a dining area, with kitchen areas at the north end of each so you can easily prep or serve from either. There are two large openings so the space flows easily from side to side. There are also two King bedrooms on this floor. The third floor has a total of six bedroms--three bedrooms on each side, each with a private bath. All floors have decks on the Gulf and pool/Little Lagoon sides. Each of the spacious bedrooms also has its own television.

First Floor: 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool, Two King Bedrooms with Daybeds and Trundles (2 twins) facing the beach. On the east side in the middle you'll find a King Bedroom, on the west, a family room gathering space.
Second Floor: 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool.
Third Floor: 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool each with a daybed, 2 King Bedrooms with Daybed and Trundle facing the beach, and 2 Queen bedrooms in the middle.

Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsered groups. Please note we are unable to rent to unchaperoned college groups or groups under the age of 25. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Maximum of 30 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.

We accept reservations UP TO 51 WEEKS before arrival. If the corresponding week this year has not passed, we cannot yet accept your reservation. This year's guests have an opportunity to rebook at the end of their stay. The next Monday the house is open for all reservations.

The Lemonade stand was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay so much. The stairs were quite the workout but we didn't mind them. We loved the main space layout and how much seating there was for dining. It is the perfect size for large family get togethers. The area was fantastic- so close to the market and coffee shops. The walk to the beach access was so easy as well. The pool was fantastic and we used it every day. The kitchens were well stocked. The wifi was spotty but we weren't there to enjoy the internet. Excellent views from all the balconies. And management was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

The Lemonade Stand was the perfect place for our large family vacation! This house is amazing, two large kitchens with everything you need! We had a wonderful long weekend with friends. We had a sushi chef come in one night and the double kitchen and huge dining area was perfect for that! The pool was perfect and there was so much space to accommodate everyone. Quick walk to the beach. We would absolutely love to come back!

This house was absolutely perfect for our big family! The house had plenty of space and everything needed to cook every night for 35 people. The only thing we would change is the house needs an elevator for the elderly and ceiling fans in the picnic table area. I highly recommend this house for large groups!

Excellent facility for large family gatherings. Two kitchens make it so convenient and easy to cook. The kitchens are well stocked. The pool was amazing and very nice bedrooms. The management is very responsive and addressed any of our concerns immediately. There are a lot of stairs, which can be hard for older people, but everything else about this house was perfect.

Why they chose this property

We are a family with school aged children. For years we did an annual big family trip. Lemonade Stand incorporates the things our family wants when we get together--spaces for us all to be together, plus spaces for quiet time. Oh, and our 'must haves' like the pool, grills, lounge chairs and more!

We love this family friendly area of West Beach. There are just 4 rows of houses, but it is still just minutes from things to do, and you can walk to the end of the block to visit Waves market, the ice cream shop or Beach House Grill.

What makes this property unique

You'll love the big pool area with lots of lounge chairs. We have a huge space under the house with grills & tables but it has also been used for square dancing and an array of receptions.
