We have a few weeks or weekends left. If booking for just a weekend for 2 nights, you must stay both Friday and Saturday otherwise any 3 night combo is allowed. For example Saturday/Sunday/Monday night.

All new family room furniture with more seating space. 2 large sofas one of which is a queen sleeper if needed. All new deck furniture with the best view of Wildwood and the fireworks at night. Bedrooms now sleep 9 instead of 8 with new bunk bed. New master bath fan with light.

Booking events at the convention center now. We are less than a 2 block walk and have a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights!

We rent ONLY to families and/or mature adults who are 25 or older. If you are not 25 or older, do not even contact us as we do not make any exceptions due to legal and insurance purposes. Further this is a NO SMOKING and no pet property.

Property DESCRIPTION:
Gorgeous top floor condo with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths plus an enclosed outdoor shower that is just a little more than one block from the beach and boardwalk and less than a 2 minute walk to the Convention Center.

Perfect 10/10 ratings. Check them out to see how far and above our vacation home is compared to the competition!

Sleeps 9 in the bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 if using a pull Queen Sofa in the family room. There are 5 double beds, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed in the bedrooms. It is not recommended that your stay include more than 9 adults maximum to avoid overcrowding. The sleeper is best as an option if you group includes children.

Take the Convention Center's walkway and step onto the beach which is just a short walk from where the waves break. Plenty of room for lounging about after a day at the beach or night on the boards on the private deck or in the large open kitchen, dinning and family room area.

Family room has large mounted ultra high definition TV, state of the art stereo system, X-Box One Game system, pull out sleeper sofa and fireplace. Master bedroom has its own private bath, duel walk in closets, king size bed and flat screen HDTV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and tv. Two additional bedrooms include 4 additional twin beds and 1 more flat screen HDTV in each room.

Enjoy great views of the piers and boardwalk looking towards the north end of the island from your own private deck and relax with a front row seat to an unobstructed view of the weekly fireworks. There is a 2.5 car garage for parking and beach gear and an additional parking spot in the driveway. We also offer a full assortment of beach gear so you won't have to bring a lot!

Everything is in walking distance, you can park and not worry about driving until check out. Additional amenities include private enclosed outside shower, private backyard with large new propane barbecue. There are several Blu-ray and DVD players and a VCR, a complementary movie library for rainy days, upgraded cable with HBO , NETFLIX, Hulu, Disney plus, free high speed wireless internet, seating for 10 in the dinning room, ceiling fans in every room, central air and newly upgraded kitchen appliances and cooking range. For your child's entertainment and those young at heart, there is an X-Box One system complete with a library of games both on disc and on saved onto the X-Box hard drive.

At least 7 days advanced notice requested for all rentals. and all rentals are a minimum of 2 nights and if its an event weekend there may be a 3 night requirement where the 3rd night is discounted. Once again, the property rents only to families with responsible adults of age 25 or older, we do not make any exemptions to these policies.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The location of the home was perfect close to restaurants , the pier, beach and park to keep the kids and adults entertained. Home was clean and host was helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area. Easy check in.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect location for us. We had our car in the car show at the convention center and this was a convenient 2 block walk. Enjoyed the view from the balcony at night. Property exactly as described and owner easy to communicate with.

Great space!

This was a wonderful place to land for a week at the beach! We took our seven children (between the ages of 21 and 4) for a week of fun. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax on their own, as well as comfortably gather together. Facilities were clean and everything was easy to use. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, as well as a great playground. Parking was easy. Couldn't have asked for a better space!

This property is great. Great location for events at convention hall. Short walk to boards. Never had to take our cars out. Very clean. Easy to reach owner with any issues. We already rebooked for next year. ❤️

the place was very clean and there was plenty for my teens to do the night that it rained. there was plenty of games on xbox and movies to watch. probably will stay next year if available. Not to mention it was right at the convention center.

Outstanding experience

The property owner could not have been better. Everything was clean, comfortable and in perfect condition. Everything was marked and there were ample activities for our entire group. It’s also a block from the boardwalk and beach. It was a fabulous experience for everyone in our group from adults to young kids.

Location, location, location

We were in wildwood with another family for a wrestling tournament. The house was close enough to everything that we did not need to move the car to go to the convention center, beach, boardwalk, tennis courts and basketball courts. Plenty of things to do and use of beach chairs and outdoor shower was a plus. We were only there for a weekend but definitely would have used the grill if we were there longer.

From the start, Joe was just fantastic and really responsive. His care an instructions were so appreciated. Check in was so easy and he detailed so much for us. The home is beautiful, incredibly clean and child friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If we could rate higher than five stars, we would! Great location for traveling with children. Walking distance to a lot! There’s so much that the owners thought of inside the property that it felt like home and not just a rental. Needless to say, we love this place. I’ve never had a better experience working with a property owner. The best!!! Our kids asked if we could live here and cried when we told them we were leaving. Thank you to Joe and his family for making this a great weekend for us! We will be booking again for sure.

Absolutely Fantastic!

We stayed at the end of February and it was absolutely fantastic! Joe was a pleasure to work with and very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The house is on the top floor and is super clean, bright and sunny with a great view of the ferris wheel and roller coaster in the distance. The house was very spacious and well equipped, it had great pots and pans and kitchen tools and I was easily able to cook many meals. I also loved that the owners had the place fully stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels and so many other things. Those little things make such a HUGE difference and were SO very appreciated!! We love the shore in the winter, it is so quiet and peaceful and the added bonus of the fireplace made it so wonderfully cozy on those cold days. The house is also in a perfect location, we could walk to the beach and the boardwalk as well as several fantastic restaurants like Poppis, Dogtooth Grill, Mudhen Brewing and the Key West Café. Thank you for a perfect stay, we will most definitely be back!

Great for groups with the need for multiple beds. Close to the beach.

This condo is located close to the beach and boardwalk. Must be willing to climb stairs as it’s on the third floor. Four twin beds allowed me to have friends with us as there were no couples. Cape May is also a short drive away. Clean place with great owner who was very responsive in my status upon arrival and departure.

Week after Labor Day

We had a lovely stay here. We brought our 18 month old and it was perfect for her. The house was safe to let her roam around in and it was full of toys for kids of all ages. The hall bath bathtub made bath time easy and we had our own separate larger bathroom in the master. The house is equipped with nice tv’s and all the channels which was great for us at night. It was our daughter’s first visit to the beach and this particular week we had the place to ourselves, which was great. We hope to return again next year!

Wonderful experience

Location, location, location! Extremely clean spacious unit close to everything. We were able to park our cars and walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants etc. Communication with the owner was easy. They gave detailed instructions and we are fans of keyless entry. Highly recommend.

What makes this property unique

One block to beach, one block to boardwalk, 2 blocks to Convention Center. Despite being close to everything, just far enough from the crowds to be quiet and comfortable at the Southern end of Wildwood just above the Crest.
