3BR Cottage with Gorgeous Sunsets, Private Beach and EV Charger

Charming waterfront cottage overlooking beautiful East Sound Bay and Crescent Beach. 3 bedrooms, sleeping six comfortably, with 1.5 bathrooms. An updated kitchen, dining room and living area with propane stove round out this comfortable and warm house. A beautiful deck with outdoor furniture and grill leads you to a path down a couple flights of steps to a lower deck and private beach access. Note that the beach is not accessible during high tide.
The house and its decks are perfect for morning coffees and viewing sunsets over the Turtleback Mountain Preserve. Phone service, wifi and Roku (so you can access your Netflix/Hulu/YouTube accounts) provided.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we want to let you know that our house is professionally cleaned and that our housekeeper is following cleaning guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We have multiple sets of bed linens and shower curtains, which will be swapped out and cleaned off-site after each visit.

Beautiful house on the water!

We loved our stay at this house! It has stunning water views and rocky water access. Our kids (ages 8 and 9) loved playing on the beach. The house was well-appointed and comfortable. It was nice to be just a few minutes to town and a few minutes from Cascade Lake. The games and puzzles were a nice addition to the stay! We would definitely recommend this place, and will be back!!

Perfect vacation spot

The property is perfect for a vacation on Orcas Island. This was our second year for a week long family get together at the property and we will most likely return. View was fantastic, property quiet and relaxing, all needed amenities on site, harbor seals for viewing, we loved it again!

The house location can't be beat, the views and close proximity to town are incredible. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. At the same time, some upgrades are needed. We tried using the broiler in the oven and the smoke was intense. The appliances in general need some upgrades. Also, the 2 bedrooms upstairs are beautiful. We stayed downstairs to be with our senior dog. That room is tiny. So, maybe in the summer, this wouldn't matter at all because you'd be outside a lot but in colder weather, 6 people in the house would be tight!

This is a nice cottage with two floors, good privacy and reasonable comfort. The bedrooms and beds are on the small side. There is only one shower, on the main floor, and a half-bath on the upper floor where there are two bedrooms. The kitchen is functional and equiped with basics. The deck allowed outside dining. All in all, a cozy place but more compact than it seems on the website.

Perfect Orcas Island House

This was one of my favorite VRBO rentals! The house was in a great location on the island. The beds were comfortable and the house was fully stocked! The sunsets are amazing and we enjoyed watching the harbor seals and otters! We would definitely come back again if given the opportunity.
