Sit on the deck and count the boats as they travel by on the Intercoastal Waterway! This south facing penthouse condo overlooks the Marina at South Harbor with both sunrise and sunset views. Perfect for the couple looking to get away in style for a week or long weekend, or longer! This unit was formerly one of the suites at a bed and breakfast. THE CONDO IS NOT PART OF AN INN OR HOTEL. IT IS AN INDIVIDUALLY OWNED UNIT. This unit has a ground floor entrance with interior staircase up to the second floor. End unit for more privacy. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. VERY CLEAN.

Close to everything you want to do at the beach! Public beach access is just a short drive (< 4 miles) or bike ride over the bridge. Other attractions:
Oak Island Golf Course - 3 miles
Southport waterfront yacht basin - 6 miles
Historic downtown Southport - 6 miles
Bald Head Ferry - 8 miles
Dutchman Creek Park - 0.2 miles

Great view to enjoy the boats coming and going. It was so nice to have a full bath and a half bath also. Comfy couch. The kitchen had pots and pans although I did not use any of them. It was a good fit for us.

Our stay was exceptional. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the waterfront views were even better than the photos. Communication with the owners was outstanding - every message was answered almost immediately, which made everything seamless. It was our first time exploring Southport and Oak Island, and we were completely charmed by the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would be thrilled to stay here again. The location of this unit is wonderful! We had sunset and sunrise views from our deck. The marina and intercostal waterway activities are always entertaining and we could walk to two great places to eat! The unit is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding beaches and villages. We will return!
