Outstanding Property in Premium Location

We have just spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved it. The kids didn’t want to leave! Close to all amenities and 8 minutes to the CBD Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment

We had a great stay in this apartment. The property is very well appointed. It has great views and was very comfortable. It was perfectly clean and tidy. Couldn’t ask for more.

We loved staying at Tara apartments . Perfect space for our group of 5 adults and walking distance to Harbourside , shops cafes etc. really great facilities and well thought out space with heating , outdoor area and great cooking facilities. Thank you Bede.

Great location, perfect for 4 people

We stayed here 10 nights during the Womens Word Cup. The location was great, a short walk to the bus and to coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and wine store. Access to the building with codes was simple and we parked one car in the garage below the building with no issues. No stairs to climb and the elevator was always prompt. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were a good size and the apartment was great for what we needed. The owner arranged a cleaning mid way thru the stay without additional cost which was great. The only recommendation that I would make would be to supply paper towels (maybe more a US thing) and the apartment had a K cup coffee maker but only 1 coffee pod for 10 nights. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and location

Our Kiwi friend who joined us was a former neighborhood resident. He walked in and said "well... this is flash as!". And then we went to his favorite coffee / breakfast place, one minute's walk away. A good summary overall; an upscale apartment, right in 3 Lamps and quite walkable to the north half of Ponsonby. Well appointed and supplied. With windows closed, quiet in the bedrooms, even on a street festival weekend night. Great views from those bedrooms at sunset. We had a trouble with the wifi, but that appeared to be the ISP's fault. Overall a great stay.

Overall a good apartment. Lovely decor and fantastic location. Check in details weren’t overly clear as the entrance is actually on a different street, as is the garage. But property is lovely. Extra features that really make it nice

A happy new year

We stayed in this lovely property for 5 nights at the end of 2019 / start of 2020. Everything about the property matched the description. The property is very well located; close to Ponsonby Rd cafes & shopping, and a gentle walk to the Viaduct area. There is also an excellent New World shopping centre within convenient walking distance. Whilst not large, the living spaces had every amenity we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and spacious. The bonus of our stay was being able to see the fireworks shoot off the Sky Tower at New Year. Highly recommended.

This holiday apartment was perfect, great location, terrific style and well appointed. Very good location with access to eateries, clubs, transit to downtown and harbor area. Our group of 6 highly recommend to anyone looking for great access to all of Auckland.

Wonderful Home in Ponsonby

Enjoyed the home and location to finish off our Australia, Cruise, New Zealand Holiday. After an enjoyable 4 weeks , we spent the last week in this very comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. Being able to Be downtown made everything easy to access. Walking to dinner, Shopping, and just enjoying the people,sounds, etc. of the three lamps district was relaxing. The unit has everything you need. The owners were very gracious and allowed us an early check in, and the Use of the garage parking. We found taking our rental car out on a few day trips was easy to get onto the main thoroughfares from this location. One of the nicest rentals we have booked through VRBO!
