NEAR BEACH(!) CITY CENTRE STUDIO NEST 103
Studio apartment on the1st floor and just 3 mins walk from the beach front . It is located in a residential area between the historic centre of Limassol and the tourist area of Yermasogia were all the hotels are as also all the organised and full serviced beaches of Limassol are. The studio is is fully equipped with hardwood floors, a kitchen with all its appliances, a very small balcony facing east towards the beach side and a bigger one facing north. The studio has one double Queen size bed and 2 wardrobes, a 42 inch cable TV with HDMI in the sitting area with a modern grey huge sofa and a round dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a balcony facing North. The studio has a small but a comfy bathroom with toilet.
Please note that there is NO LIFT in the building but is not very difficult to climb the stairs.
