Welcome to our "Diamond on the Gulf!" Beautiful, gated property with free parking. Elevators take you to the 4th floor, and our large, end-unit 400 with amazing views! Gorgeous & spacious! Private pool right on the Gulf of Mexico! This condo is for the person who doesn't want to settle for average, but wants the best! Luxury, corner-unit with 2 balconies! Granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen. Beautiful granite countertops in bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower for safety and one with a tub shower. Sliding glass doors onto balconies from both bedrooms and the living area. One balcony faces West for sunsets and one faces North overlooking the coastline. This beautiful corner-unit is very spacious with over 1,400 square feet not including the two large balconies. There are two bedrooms, each with walk-in closets, one of which has a king sized bed and the other a queen. This is one of the nicest and largest units in the complex and the only corner-unit available for rent. There is a new washer-dryer, new refrigerator and new dishwasher in the condo. A pristine non-smoking/non-pet unit. Close to Bonati Spine Institute, this is an ideal place to recuperate and re-charge your batteries. It is a secure, gated resort. Free parking and wifi. Gulf-front nature trail. Watch dolphins right from the balcony, play tennis or pickleball, and cool off in the private heated pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great condo, great location!

I've rented several properties in the Tampa area and this was the best yet! For us it was a great location, close to family and a short drive to Clearwater/St. Pete. Condo was immaculate and well stocked with everything you would need for a great stay. Would rate this a five star property. Would definitely stay here again.

Gulf Island Getaway

I have stayed a lot at Gulf Island and all three different buildings and this is by far the best place I've ever stayed! Very clean great location a beautiful Gulf View from every single window and there's a lot of them! Very roomy very close to the elevators. A full assortment of towels and beach towels beach chairs everything from utensils to glasses to great new appliances! Overall just a wonderful stay

The property was wonderful, it was like staying in your own home. The views of the Gulf and lagoon were breathtaking. You can sit there for hours and watch the wildlife and sunset. The condo in conveniently located near some great bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our time at this location.

Great Vacation in Hudson!

Condo was beautiful. Very clean and equipped with all you need. Views were fantastic every evening of the sunsets! A short 5 min drive to local restaurants and shopping. Visited Tarpon Springs and Weeki Watchi park within 15-20 min drive. Debbie the host was great and always communicated promptly when we contacted her. A great spot to vacation!

That view❤️

The view from the balconies were absolutely beautiful, just complete serenity! There was a lovely peninsula that lead out to the coast that was so peaceful for a nice walk. Our son got engaged out there at sunset it was so private and perfect we set up flowers and balloons…unforgettable ❤️ All the people in the community were very kind as well. Great time! We will definitely return!

My wife and I traveled to Sunny Florida to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary this year. And what a wonderful time we had at this PERFECT place! Everything was precisely as advertised. This unit had it all; it was decorated very tastefully, amenities a plenty, probably the cleanest unit we've ever stayed - anywhere! We felt very safe being in the gated community. The views were amazing and the sunsets were absolutely spectacular. Thank you Kleiner Family for sharing your wonderful place with us. We can't wait to come back!!

What a marvelously appointed condo! Perfect taste throughout, which compliments the incredibly beautiful and serene views over the lagoon and Gulf of Mexico. I came for a bit of R & R and felt fully rejuvenated 5 days later. Quiet and peaceful all day and night, whether you are lounging on one of the balconies, at the pool or on the beach. It was wonderful to see all the wildlife too - birds of all shapes and sizes and schools of fish leaping out of the water. Wish I could stay a lifetime - you know I will be back!!

I was traveling from St Louis and I needed something quick as my brother was unexpectedly in the hospital. Debbie was super understanding and was able to get me in the next day. The condo and surroundings were incredibly peaceful with beautiful sunsets, just what I needed after long stressful days at the hospital. I plan on staying here again when I come to visit my brother in the future.

the property was great rugs need to be slip proof as they slide easily allowing falls. you must be aware that the vbro pricing is not shown correctly on the web site. they seem to use a bait and switch process when you sign up to rent, listing at a lower price then raising it [twice] during the rental process!!!

Stay Away!!

The Property manager left us completely in the dark with the deficiencies of her outdated and neglected property. After arriving at her property and being welcomed to bugs and left over food in the kitchen pantry and fridge. We went on her, “nature trail” that was littered with trash and debris, got to the part where the bridge to cross to watch the sunset, because you can’t see it from the room as stated, and found out then the bridge was destroyed and had been for several weeks. Turned around to go back in and found out the gate was broken and had been for several weeks and that we were locked out until Maintenance showed us another way around that we were not aware of. Went to take a shower in the guest bathroom, but the shower head did not work. Went to dry my hair in the bathroom but the outlets did not work. Went to open up the sliding glass doors to the balcony but they too were also broken and unable to close fully. Two tvs in property and neither were smart tvs, the one in the master was about 16 inches…The furniture out doors were rusted and the property owner told us after the fact she knew they had to be replaced but didn’t. She did not discount or comp any of the 7 days we stayed at her overpriced neglected condo. I strongly suggest they remove her misleading 5 star review as she was very dismissive after admitting to knowing of her properties deficiencies and unwilling to take any responsibility of the neglect and misrepresentation her ads lead you to believe.

This unit is perfectly located in the complex. It is close to the elevator, parking and the pool. The views are breathtaking with a colorful sunset each night. A nature trail to get your daily walk in and a pool to cool off in. The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The communication with the host is excellent. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful place to unwind, relax and fish if you want to. sit back and watch the boats & dolphins.

Wonderful getaway to Florida. Great place to stay away from all the large tourist crowds, but close enough to get to Tampa in 45 min. If you love fishing, hiking, birding watching and nature, this is the place for you.

Surround yourself with beauty!

What beautiful views to wake up to each morning! This is nature at its best! An enjoyable walk around the lagoon, watching dophins and birds frolic in the lagoon and in the nearby waters, and the daily sunsets! Oh, my! The condo itself is beautifully decorated with everything needed to make it comfortable. and the pool is very inviting. We definitely plan to return!

Fantastic View, very safe and quiet

The condo is large and well laid out for two couples. The best part of the condo are the fantastic views of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets. We also had schools of dolphins every third day or so coming close to shore which we really liked. There are some good local restaurants and a ice cream shop nearby. The drive to tampa and clearwater is about 50 minutes. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to any questions. The pool is both clean and warm.

Why they chose this property

Gulf of Mexico views from every room! Two balconies and bedrooms/baths are on opposite sides of the condo for ultimate privacy. Very spacious....over 1400 square feet!

What makes this property unique

This is the only corner-unit condo for rent at Gulf Island that we are aware of. It is much larger than most of the two bedroom/2bath condos in the community. Each bedroom/full bath is on opposite sides of the unit for maximum privacy, and each has it's own private balcony! This is a very spacious, luxury unit with high-end finishes.
