We loved the location of the property, we walked to breakfast in palm beach even though we rented a car. After a day snorkeling and beaching, the pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, we would have liked a little more clothing storage. The property had everything we needed, although it is aging. We would definitely rent again.

A little slice of paradise

This property was beautifully maintained, clean, and the hosts were most efficient and courteous. Access to the property was easy and there were stores and a few restaurants within walking distance, everything thing else was a quick cab ride away. I would definitely stay here again!

Aruba in January

Property was wonderful. Great location to beach and resorts. Frank was very attentive to anything that you needed and made sure everything was good for the house. He even got us in a little earlier into the house. Would stay here again.

Fabulous digs

Great value!! The property was conveniently located next to a mini mart and cafe’. It required a car to get to the beach but it is in safe and friendly gated community. The house is a bit dated but has all the amenities and the outdoor space is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.

Merlot Villas are BEAUTIFUL!! We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was heavenly. Our house was fantastic; so spacious and lovely; it had everything we needed. And the market on the corner was really great! (Also a good place to get some souvenirs:) Frank is an exceptional host; super accommodating and so helpful. We took taxis everywhere; super easy! We will definitely be coming back to Merlot Villas! Thank you, sweetheart Frank!

Simply Amazing

Our stay was exceptional. The house is perfect for four couples or a large family. The layout is great with four master suites each with their own bathrooms and king sized beds. The outdoor space is private and shaded over the pool. It's so nice after a long day at the beach. The pool was cleaned two times during our stay and the service team was quiet and friendly. The location is perfect to explore many parts of the island. There are many beaches, restaurants and excursions nearby. The house is located in a small gated community. There is a convenience store within walking distance with just about everything you could need. We had an excellent experience with Frank. His communication throughout the booking process and during our stay was fast and efficient. We are a group of hospitality professionals and businesses owners and really appreciated his professional manner. When we return we will definitely reach out and book one of Frank's locations.

House is in a great location short drive to palm beach and Eagle beach. This is our 6th time to Aruba staying in villas. Location is the best we have stayed in. The pool area is nice with a lot of plant life but the pool needs cleaning frequently. Pool is lovely and clean, outdoor area is large with plenty of seating. The inside of the property isn’t as luxury as others we have stayed in. Starting to look a little tired but was fine for a a large family. I would stay here again for sure and Frank was super responsive to any questions.
