Vista Cay resort Orlando~Newly renovated~3/3.5 Townhouse~sleeps 10!

Tropical Paradise is everything you want in a vacation rental. This end-unit luxury townhome has all the bells and whistles to make your vacation a true paradise.

Recently, the entire interior of the house was painted, brand-new living room furniture, new beds and comforters in all bedrooms and new carpeting throughout.

The spacious living area boasts brand-new, high-end, comfortable furniture and a 42-inch LED TV with a DVD player. Walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the Florida sun. The dining room is next to the living room in an open floor plan, and hosts a lovely dining table that seats six.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with brand-new appliances purchased and installed in April 2017 in addition to a brand-new washer & dryer. This lovely and spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare any food and drink you desire. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience.

The master bedroom holds a comfortable king bed with a 32-inch LCD TV and the second bedroom on the top level has two double beds also with it's own 32-inch LCD TV. The lowest level holds the third bedroom which has a king bed and a 32-inch TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has private access to a furnished patio, perfect for appetizers and drinks. All bedrooms have their own adjoining private baths, so everyone can enjoy privacy and have plenty of space.

The living area also holds a queen sofa sleeper, allowing Tropical Paradise to sleep up to 10 guests.

Also an attached one-car garage included and located next to extra parking, there is plenty of room for everyone and parking for multiple vehicles.

Super clean and easy place to stay when hitting up Universal or anything on I-Drive. It fit five adults amply, giving 2 couples privacy that would cost thousands at an “in the bubble” hotel. The townhome was very nicely appointed and exceptionally well maintained. Great pool area with a tended bar area was greatly appreciated by members in our group of travelers! Garage for one vehicle was a blessing, even though the gated community gave no cause for worry. I just love the added layer of protection a closed parkings area provides.Shop no further! This is the place when staying at Epic and Helios isn’t on the cards.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The location was wonderful with a lot of accessible food/grocery options close by. A lot of very good amenities offered in the community. The place was nice and spacious, but the reason for the lower rating is the cleanliness. For the weekend it was fine, but couldn’t stay longer than that. Floors were dirty and unsure if sheets were washed. Bathrooms slightly dirty and outdated. Overall it was still a nice experience, just needed to be tidied up a bit. Lastly, I would have liked to see more towels, blankets, etc in the residence, but understandable.

Condo was clean & welcoming. We had issues with the code to get in. But Pam & managment company was great at being responsive and working things out. There was some confusion on restocking items that were used. We were concerned if there would be some sort of repercussion using the toiletries & eating the oreo's.

1. The tote bag and Oreos were a great touch. My kids were excited to walk into that. Thank you for those.2. We really loved that the pool was open so late. 3. The unit was clean and comfortable and spacious. 4. We love the large coffee pot. With us having 8 people the 12 cup pot was essential. Usually vacation rental properties we stay at have a tiny coffee pot. We're not that type of family. 5. The property was very close to the amusement parks. It was nice to not stay on Disney/Universal property but still be so close. 6. Everyone we contacted with questions leading up to and during our stay, was pleasant and seemed happy to help.
