About this property

Vacation and Relaxation

My property is five (5) minutes away from the airport and is situated on the 6th floor of the Montego Bay Club Resort which is located on the property of the Elgreco Hotel. It falls on both Queens Drive (Top Road) and The Hipstrip (Bottom Road). The apartment overlooks Doctors Cave beach, it is where you can sit and watch the sunset going down in the west. There is a kitchen inside where you can prepare your meal while enjoying the comfort, Its the ideal place for relaxation its indeed a home away from home

The online amenities were not accurate or 100% truthful; no air conditioning, no pool available, we couldn't log into Netflix, not all stove burners worked, shower needs major renovations, Harmony Beach is not walking distance (we had to take a taxi), below par conditions for what is advertised. All of these things should have been communicated well beforehand and not after customers pay. The host tried to arrange a dinner to compensate but the level of miscommunication and constant attitude from the staff made us leave. It is an incredibly loud area of the Hip Strip; roofers hammering away from 7am-8pm wasn't appreciated, a security box that hardly worked properly, broken chair on the balcony, relentless car honking and car sound systems non-stop. The saving grace is the view - it is absolutely spectacular with breathtaking sunsets. Our taxi driver was very hospitable and knowledgeable. The taxis we took to and from the airport were professional and timely. We did feel safe, though. There is a security person infront of the elevators.

The property is right across the road from the Doctor's Cave Beach and Starbucks. Very easy access to the shops along Queens Drive and walking distance from Margaritaville and short walk to all nightclubs. The apartment itself was clean but the bathroom was not well lit. The shower area was meh! But the host was very helpful and communicative. He came to pick us up from the airport and helped our luggage up to our room. The room has a kitchen and fridge, 4-seater small dining table outside the kitchen. The host provides extra bed sheets and towels. The pull out sofa bed was not firm or comfortable but did the job of a 1-night stay. It has a patio with excellent views of the beach. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Checking in was easy, the accommodation was clean and accommodating the location was perfect, thanks

After checking in i found everything was was in place for a comfortable stay. There was enough towels and beddings, there was pots and kitchen utensils to prepare meals, the host was very friendly he keep checking to see if everything was ok. I did enjoy my stay and would definitely stay again.
