A casa no geral e muito boa climatisada piscina limpa casa limpa mas Precisa ter atenção com ospedagem, onde pequenos de detalhes faz a diferença, Como ganchos no banheiro, espelhos nos quartos, travesseiro prateleiras lugar para guarda as malas porque as malas objetos ficaram no chão , TV smart, vassouras e rodos bons , obs limpeza da piscina em horário locado .

Primeiro quero deixar registrado aqui o atendimento do Sr. Paulo, ele fio muito atencioso, gentil e nos passou muita segurança antes de chegarmos e muito mais depois em nossa estadia em sua casa. A casa é muito bem cuidada, o ar condicionado nos quartos e na sala é um diferencial imenso. Outra coisa importante, foi a questão dos utensílios, das casas que eu e minha família fomos de viagem, esta foi a que tinha os melhores, fogão muito bom, facas boas, muitos pratos, copos e postes, duas geladeiras. De fato fiquei muito satisfeito, recomendo com certeza. Abraço Paulo, até a próxima.

Casa muito bem cuidada, pertencendo tudo o que era necessário em questão de cozinha e demais comodidades. Propiretário super atensioso e disponível pra qualquer eventualidade. Casa próxima de mercado e farmácia, sendo assim nem usamos o carro, apenas pra ir pro parque. Única coisa que não compriu com o previsto foi a piscina não estar aquecida, sendo assim sendo impossível de usar, mas creio que o propietário irá arrumar em breve.

Adorei a estadia na casa, tudo bem perto o que ajudou bastante, conseguimos fazer tudo e sem usar muito o carro. Pessoas dispostas a ajudar no que precisamos e sempre de prontidão. A única coisa que senti falta e não consegui aproveitar foi a piscina, pois a mesma não aqueceu a tempo para usarmos, estava muito gelada. Tirando isso tudo foi ótimo!!

A casa é simplesmente perfeita, Fomos em 13 pessoas, todos os cômodos extremamente limpos, toda parte hidraulica em perfeitas condições, não há o que reclamar. Único ponto a deixar claro, é que como fomos os primeiros a ir pós - reforma, a piscina não aqueceu, porém, o proprietário falou que iria verificar se havia algo de errado na parte de aquecimento solar.
