The second floor has 4 bedrooms, one with a cal king bed and a private full bath, one with a queen bed and a full bath, another with a queen bed and one with 2 extra long twin beds. The last 2 bedrooms share a full bath. The first floor has a full kitchen with mud room, living room, dining room, sitting room and half bath the basement has 1 bedroom with a 3/4 bath, a full kitchen, living/dining room, a half bath and laundry room. The house is located in a small town 45 miles from Grand Island and 50 miles from Kearney. You will have use of the entire house. The house is perfect for reunions, wedding parties, hunting groups and anytime you just want to get away
