5 bedroom, 5 bathroom mountain home located in the Town of Dillon in the heart of Ski Country. Large picturesque windows in the living room overlook Lake Dillon and feature a fantastic view of Keystone Ski Resort. Amazing sunrises.

Twelve (12) guests can sleep comfortably as detailed below:
* Master Bedroom on the main level: 1 King with private Master bathroom
* Bedroom 1 on Upper level: 1 Queen, 1 Double includes a private bathroom
* Bedroom 2 on Upper level: 1 Queen with a private bathroom
* Bedroom 1 on Lower leve/basement: 1 Twin over Queen bunk bed
* Bedroom 2 on Lower level/basement: 1 Queen.
There is a bathroom in the basement with a tub/shower for the 2 bedrooms to share.
There is an additional full bathroom w/shower available on the main level.
**Pack n' Play & Booster/High Chair available.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with a crockpot, multiple size pots and pans, casserole dishes, double oven, microwave, spices.

Private hot tub.
Pool table and extra TV and sitting area in basement.
Loft sitting area with games and toys.

Free wireless internet is provided for those who must work or feel the need to keep in touch with what's going on in the rest of the world.

Also provided is an attached HEATED GARAGE.

The Dillon Marina is a short walk down the road, right off the rec path.
The Tiki Bar located at the marina, right on the water is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Pug Ryan's Brewery is right down the street serving lunch, dinner and happy hour/apres ski!
Scrappy's serves pizza and subs and is right next door to a ski/board rental shop and/or a bike rental.
The Vue Restaurant in the Homewood Suites Hotel has great views!
Walk down to Elevation Bowl for a fun activity off the snow. It includes arcade games and pool tables.
Cameez frozen yogurt, crepes and coffee and Lake Dillon Coffee Lab are both a short walk away.

Tennis & Pickleball courts, Dillon Town Park & Playground and Marina Park & Playground are walking distance, as well as, the Summit County Rec Path, which can take you to Keystone, Frisco, Copper and all the way to Breckenridge or even Vail.
There are 2 bus stops within walking distance for you to catch the FREE Summit Stage bus which goes all over Summit County.
