Clean 3 bedroom 2 bath home on upper silver lake with your own access directly across the private road. Bedrooms feature 2 bunk beds in 1 room, Queen bed in 2nd, and King bed in master. Approximatley 300 feet to the water where you can have your own boat moored for the duration of your stay. Home is very spacious with almost 1500 sq. ft of space with large rooms and large master bath. Home sleeps 8 nicely in beds and if you don't mind couches or air matresses feel free to have a few more, maximum 10. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and place service, also now features a dish washer.
Private boat launch is just around the corner less than a mile away.
There is plenty of parking on this large 1/4 acre lot that also features large decks, gas and charcoal grills. Also large covered outdoor Tiki Bar.

Fun spot for adults and kids

We enjoyed this house! Our 3 kids loved staying in the bunk bed room with their nearby bathroom. We had fun in the backyard tiki bar and the campfire area. Thank you for the use of your grill, the nice kitchen with dishwasher, and the lake access across the street. We love Silver Lake and had a great time this week staying here.

Great spot for families!

We really enjoyed our time at this spot and look forward to coming back! The house worked great for two families that totaled four kids and four adults. The new renovations looked great and all the kids loved the floof pillow! We spent every night out at the tiki bar and lots of days at the beach across the street. Enjoyed the quiet location and how close you are to so many fun things. Loved our time here…it was hard to leave!

Highly recommend!

Everything you need in a vacation rental house and a great location near the dunes. No more camping for us. All we had to do was bring our groceries. We loved the back yard with the fire pit and tiki bar.

Great Silver Lake Stay

We had a wonderful vacation at this Upper Silver Lake home. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved all of the outdoor seating along with the fire pit. Even with some rainy weather, we were able to enjoy the outdoor tiki area which is covered. The out-lot was a great place for our kids to play in the sand and swim and we were able to easily launch our kayaks from there. Beach and dunes were very close by and we took advantage of that most days. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here!

Great place to stay near Silver Lake Dunes

Our family loved our stay at About Time. Inside of the home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Outside had lots of great places to hang out, including front porch, side porch, back decks, fire pit, and of course, the Tiki Bar! Great access to Upper Silver Lake just across the street, Silver Lake and Silver Lake Dunes just down the street, and many Lake Michigan Beaches nearby.

Loved the tiki hut

The outdoor space at Rod’s was wonderful, we enjoyed the tiki hut on a daily basis. Rod was quick to respond to questions. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and laundry detergent was an added bonus. We enjoyed the Upper Silver Lake access. We would stay here again.

My family and I had a great time. House was In Great location and was close to all activities in the area. Kids loved the backyard. Had a blast playing with the telephone. Loved the fire pit and tiki area to relax at.

Our Happy Place

We love this property and are annual guests. The owners made some great improvements this year by putting in a front deck and improved fire pit area. This place has everything you need to enjoy a week at the lake.

Awesome stay!

We had an amazing stay for the week. The house was in a perfect location as we were only 1/4 mile from the dunes and less than a 3/4 of a mile from “downtown” Silver Lake. The beach area was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and Rod responded to me very quickly. We would love to stay here again!!

Home away from home

Close to the dune entrance, very clean with plenty of parking for our trailers. The cottage is roomy with all the amenities of home.

Great home!!

Excellent property I would highly recommend. We had 8 people and it slept us all comfortably. We were there to go to the dunes which is just a drive-up the street (literally) and we also went around to some of the neighboring towns. There is a lot to do by only driving short distances. We are big into drying different restaurants we were able to go to something new every evening with just a short drive. We love that the lake was just across the street, very easy access. Firewood for the fire pit could be found everywhere for only a few dollars. Rodney was wonderful and got back to us quickly when we had a small issue regarding the TV. If your looking for something clean and comfortable with lots to do this is the place for you!!

Of all the places we've rented over the years, this house was by far the best. The house had everything we could have needed. The owners thought of everything. The layout was perfect for 2 families to stay together and not be on top of each other. The outdoor seating, fire pit and tiki bar really added an extra special level of enjoyment. The house location to the dunes, lakes and town center is ideal. We will be renting this house again for sure!
