If you are looking for a luxurious equipped and brandnew highrise corner unit (12th floor) with sea-view and beach-access including 4 pools read on here...
This is a brandnew (from november 2019 onwards) luxurious 2 bedroom condo planned and executed by interior designer

- size: 62 square meters with balcony, furnished with high class mahagoni furnitures
- occupancy: 2 separate bedrooms (good for 4 adults, 1 child ) with queensized bed, double-bed
- 1 bathroom
- floor: 12 th
- view: amazing sea-view on both sides, and balcony (corner unit)

- livingroom with leather couch
- kitchen with dining table for 4 persons
- fully equipped kitchen
- induction cooker and exhaust fan
- rather big refridgerator filled with free drinks upon arrival
- all rooms with air-condition
- flat tv 42 , with cable tv and hifi

- free wifi and cable tv
- telephone with free local calls (no int. Calls)
