Why, both, of course!! During your vacation at the Admiral's View condos in Kill Devil Hills, you can do anything you want!

Your beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo greets you with its cozy living space and light touches of decor that let you know your in the Outer Banks. You will love settling in for a movie night on the flat screen TV. Just don't forget the popcorn!

The lovely kitchen will make the chef in the family happy. You'll feel at home with all the appliances and cookware you need, and there's plenty of workspace!

With the large dining table for 6 and the two additional bar stools, you can all enjoy a lovely meal together as you discuss your next great Outer Banks adventure!

Get a restful sleep after a fun day at the beach in the Queen En Suite with its own bathroom or in the two Twin Bedroom on the same hallway. There is a full bathroom in the hallway for those who use this room! Enjoy the bright pastels and lovely decorated rooms that are sure to make you smile!

This Admiral's View III condo is the perfect place to enjoy the Outer Banks with your friends and family. Good but needs attention to details

Clean comfortable unit. Needs some maintenance. Batteries dead in TV remote. Kees did not send information communication until the day after we arrived with the WiFi password. Plaster has a hole in it in the bedroom with twin beds. Picture hangers with no pictures hanging on them. Fill uncomfortable signing that I will be responsible for damages or missing items. So I have to spend vacation time documenting the issues to protect myself.

Quaint condo

Overall the condo was very nice, good space. It was just me on this trip and I had a great view of the ocean. The weather didn’t hold up so couldn’t enjoy the beach as much but it was a short walk from the condo. The whole place was fairly quiet, but I could hear the people above me walking around constantly which was distracting at times, but that’s nothing the property could control. Great stay for the weekend, close to shops and restaurants.

Do not recommend

There was a hassle getting into the condo in the beginning due to the lease agreement not getting to me to sign before we arrived. Then when we got in we noticed an abundance of cups and dishes that were all dirty and way too many for the condo that only sleeps 4. With all the dishes there was no place to store food for the week while we were there. I noticed spots of mold on the ceilings in the corners of the rooms and there is no insulation between condos so we could hear the guy above us walking and snoring every night. There was the bare minimum in toiletries and supplies in the house so be prepared to stock the place as if you were buying for your own house. With this being said I do not recommend staying here for the price of it.
