Beautiful, private, 2bed/2bath luxury guest suite on a quiet street in a mature neighborhood. The home has two completely separate and private units, both with private garages, this is the bottom unit.

Create lasting memories relaxing in luxury in our gorgeous mountain town. Close to NAU and 4 miles to downtown. The perfect home base for trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell/Antelope Canyon, Polar Express, and Flagstaff's ski resort, Snowbowl.

**Experience ALL FOUR SEASONS - Enjoy the crisp air and leaves changing in the fall & the white wonderland in the winter.

The two full master suites were excellent! Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and everything needed for meal prep and consumption. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and clean. Access to stores and downtown was easy. We traveled to the Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Antelope Canyon and several other places of interest. Great place for a home base!

An outstanding property and excellent service. VERY clean and well-equipped. Everything from towels and bedding to kitchen and air conditioning is top notch. This is one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. The location is excellent and the host easy to communicate with while there. We needed a good night’s sleep after traveling and it was the perfect stay. My grandson had never seen real snow (he lives in Dubai) and this house actually had a small pile in the front yard. The only house on the street with snow and it was perfect!
