Hamilton house - private, central & sunny!

Hamilton Haven is a newly refurbished, private stand alone home with two decks and a great section. It is close to Claudelands, the city centre, Wintec, Waikato Stadium. The University and hospital are a 10 minute drive. The house is equipped with everything you would expect in a home - ready for a short break or a longer extended stay. The master bedroom has a lovely ensuite, television and walk in closet. There is plenty of outside space for a BBQ with friends or a game of football.

The house was great. We were able to easily check-in on our own schedule. I loved the gardens at the house. The place is pet-friendly so we were able to bring our dog. She loved the yard!

Family comfort

Family stayed here for three nights 29 Aug - 3 Sept. Was perfect for family with young children. Very comfortable with everything you would need in a well equipped kitchen and cosy relaxed furnishings throughout. Beds were great. Was convenient to all amenities we needed in a great area. Would definitely stay again if required. All communications with owner were timely and accommodating :) Many thanks.

It all started with exceptional communication with the property managers. Outstanding location, perfectly appointed, cozy and comfortable home, with a wonderful balance of modern indoor conveniences and classic outdoor spaces to enjoy. Will definitely look to stay again when in Hamilton.

Great place, thank you, lovely and clean. Terrific location close to everything. COMFY beds!! So cool to be able to bring our dog with us and super safe for her. Only down side that I can think of is the back door is a bit sticky and needs a good firm push/yank to open it. I'm sure Meg is aware and will sort this out. Tiptop in all other ways
