About this property

My house was just built in 2016, and it is both beautiful and spotless. I pride myself for keeping it very clean. I do not wear any shoes indoors, and, I ask all my guests to do the same.
Monon trail is right behind the house, and, you can easily bike to downtown, in less than 10 minutes. Uber to downtown is about $5-$6. Plenty of driveway and free street parking available.

I am accessible about all the time, so, please do not hesitate to email, text, or call me.

Excellent property, excellent host

Property is modern, comfortable and clean. It has everything we needed. Host was truly the best. We were in town for a convention and had booked a place downtown that canceled at the last minute. We were about 6 hours into our 10 hour ride when we found out. Amela responded quickly to our (desperate) request and couldn't have been more accommodating. The neighborhood is decent with lots of newly renovated houses. Plenty nearby in terms of food and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hub and close to downtown

The owners communicated very well with us. We were in town for the weekend. Our events were at Lucas Oil Stadium which was a short 10 minute drive away. I also enjoyed the walking/running/bike path which was less than a block away for my morning run! The house was in a nice neighborhood and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing host, amazing place

We got into town earlier than expected so we asked if we could get in early to put frozen and cold food away. Amela said it would be fine but she’d still be on-site. That turned out great. We had an amazing conversation. The patio was perfect of early morning and evening relaxation. It was within walking distance to some great establishments and a very short drive/ride to others. Clean up directions we’re simple. We will be looking to return next year.

Quick weekend family trip to Indy Children's Museum

This house is adorable. It's very spacious, clean, and had a ton of amenities. There was nothing extra we needed to bring. The towels and linens were dreamy. The beds and pillows were comfy. The huge couch was incredible to relax on. There is even a spacious fenced-in side yard with grass for kids to play in, and the house is on a corner lot so you don't feel pinned in. The location is close to the museum, so it was nice to swing back during the day when we needed to. The museum is less than 2 miles away. There's a little lunch place within walking distance, (although pricey) and Kroger is about a mile away. I'm not familiar with this area of Indy, but it's obvious this region is leveling and rebuilding from the ground up. The surrounding neighborhoods do look like HGTV, but not so great areas are still sprinkled in close by. The only bummer about this property is that an original house is directly behind it. They had multiple dogs that kept us up, as the back upstairs bedroom directly faces it across the alley. I would recommend bringing a loud fan or sound machine to drown them out. I was a little nervous at times going out to the cars in the driveway at night. Also, the pictures showed 2 beds in 2 bedrooms, and there ended up being 1 bed in 1 room, and 3 in the other. A little tricky for us, but may be fine for others. Despite this, there aren't a lot of options in the area. I would absolutely stay here again. The owner was easy to get a hold of, and obviously takes great pride in her property.
