Beautiful lakefront property! Shaded dock new 2019 with boat slip, dining area, and swim ladder. Gourmet kitchen with granite island and double ovens. Bar with mini fridge, flat screen TV and pool table. Large 70 inch flat screen TV in family room with leather recliner sofas. TVs in all bed rooms. King size memory foam mattress in Master room with private bath and views of the lake. Bedrooms 2&3 share jack & jill bath with granite double vanity. 3rd bathroom with lake entrance and laundry. Easy drive to Fort Worth, or Dallas or DFW airport. 10 minutes from I-20 in Eastland, Texas.

This place has everything you could possibly want. On the water with a very nice boat dock, house is big and very comfortable. Lots of deck space facing the lake. Just an overall great place!

We go on a lake trip every year and decided to pick Leon as our destination this year. This is a beautiful home on a quaint quiet lake. Loved spending our trip here and plan to return in the future!

Eastland Experience

We had a great weekend on the lake at Kerry's camp. Duck hunted in the mornings and enjoyed the camp life each afternoon. Can't wait to stay their again next hunting season.

Nice getaway

The whole experience was great. The property owner was great with communication. The location of property was close enough to a town to not feel so far away, but far enough to feel out on the country. The home was beautiful and the dock is really nice. All around no complaints here.

Lake Trip

This was one of the best lake trips! Although this lake is small, it was smooth all day long. Perfect for skiing and wakeboarding. The house was so cozy and was the perfect place for my family and I to get together! Highly recommend!

Perfect place to chill out!

A great place to bring student leaders for rest as well as some time to think and plan ahead for the next year. Good spaces for quiet thoughts and a prime location for those discussions about what is going on in young adult lives. This was a fabulous spot for a quick respite from busy and overscheduled lives.

Why they chose this property

We completely remodeled this house with a family fun weekend in mind. It is our perfect place to unplug (or not) and enjoy the family while floating on our quiet cove or making s’mores on the lake side deck beside a cozy fire.

What makes this property unique

Large sloping lake front property would be great for outdoor games, two decks provide escape from the Texas sun and a place to enjoy a meal with family outside! 3rd bathroom designed to serve as a pool bath with easy access from the lake and the laundry room to clean up after a day in the sun.
