Upon arriving at this Meadow Ranch condo you find a large private outdoor hot tub right outside your front door. Open the front door and you are greeted with a bright and inviting entry way. You will find lots of space to put your hiking or ski boots, hang your coats or sweatshirts and place your hats after a day exploring all that Aspen Snowmass has to offer year-round. The open concept living space with comfortable sectional sofa and extra large relaxing chair are perfect spots to sit and catch up with your friends or family. The kitchen offers high end appliances such as a Wolf induction cooktop and a wine fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare a great dinner and enjoy your meal at the warm and welcoming dining table.



Upstairs you will find a guest bedroom with a captains bunk providing a queen bed and a twin bed on top, ideal for young children or adults. There is a full bath with tub and shower. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 48" flat screen TV. There is a small master bath for your convenience with a full shower, sink and toilet. Before a great nights sleep you can soak in your own private hot tub located on your deck. Sit under the stars or enjoy the sound of rustling Aspen trees that surround the deck.



The convenient Snowmass free shuttle, the stop is located on Owl Creek Road adjacent to the complex, can take you up to the base village lifts, shops and restaurants in minutes. Located just under a mile from the Two Creeks Base Area at Snowmass and 1.5 miles to Snowmass Base Village Area, you can choose where you wish to start your day. In the summer months you can hop on your bike or hike to a trail in 5 minutes. The shuttle can whisk you right up to the mountain to enjoy the free outdoor summer music series on Thursday nights or ride the gondola to the Lost Forest and ride the Alpine Coaster. This condo is located on the 2nd floor and does not have elevator access. We may be able to provide luggage assistance as needed.



**Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. There is a portable A/C window unit installed in the master bedroom for the summer. A fan is provided in the other bedroom for your comfort. Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent.**
